Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

But still, perfect

Brought our kids AND their kids for a week. We had plenty of privacy, space and comfort. There was jackhammer work on the building everyday. The pool was closed/unavailable. The weather did not cooperate. It rained everyday, except for two half days. The day we left, it was storybook, of course. We asked for two more nights, but it was unavailable, as it was Memorial Day weekend, and they were booked solid. Regardless, we had a wonderful time. We were still at the beach, and together. Grown children (and grands) are a gift! We had a wonderful time and will go back.

Long weekend

Wonderful stay! Great location, close to everything we cared to see and do, second floor corner unit, nice layout for a group, easy in and out access with a vehicle, no charge for parking. The balcony view was incredible with nice seating. The bedding, sheets, towels were clean and met our expectations. The appliances were clean and functioned well, and there was enough pressure and hot water for 3 simultaneous showers. There was no ice-maker at the wet bar as mentioned, but the refrigerator ice-maker was fast and efficient. Good communication from the property managers, a breeze to check in and check out, door code was sent prior to arrival. There were no chairs or umbrellas in the condo, but there was beach service by a third party. Our only complaint was the dirty floors. We coped by wearing flip flops. The floors are beautiful and look clean. I can see why a cleaning service may not realize it, so if I were the owner or management company, I’d take that up with the cleaning service.

Not a value for what they charge

We booked this condo for Thanksgiving because we wanted beachfront with amenities since we knew going in it would be too cold to swim in the ocean. Right after I booked my non-refundable vacation, I received an email that pool and spa were closed for renovations. I reached out twice to the property management company and no one ever cared to respond. Once there, all the amenities were under construction. The pool, spa, tennis courts and we had construction workers as our wake up call. They building is aged and workers in our view and windows therefore providing no privacy. Also, one of the toilets was stained and and vanity in same bathroom all full of rust. When you pay $1200 you expect more quality AND amenities.

The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had a beautiful view. We would stay here again, in an instant. Now the big question...during this time period. What about the construction that was occurring during this time? I read some reviews on google before we went, but we decided the beach/view/location was worth any minor inconveniences. While we were there, any real construction noise did not begin until 8am...and I like to sleep in, but it did not bother me. We could hear the noise while out on the beach, but it just didn’t bother me. They were also there only week days, but if it rained any length of time, all the construction workers didn’t show up/went home for the day. So we had a couple of days of that. Rental company did a great job of communicating progress with us. When we left, the street side/both sides of the building looked completely done. The beach facing side was what they were working on. This condo is on the east side. The wed 1/3 looked completely done, the middle section was about ready to be painted. The 1/3 this condo is in, looks like the last section to do. Also THE POOL WAS OPEN as of July 9th. You can rent chairs/umbrellas on the beach, and since it is only a 12 story condo building, it isn’t nearly as busy as areas nearby. We also saw dolphins off the beach. Plenty of restaurants/shops nearby. I’ve been to the beach a lot in different Gulf Coast locations. This was a great family area. Not too busy for Mom that just wanted to relax, not too sparse for the kids....who found friends to play with.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The construction was so loud we could not stay in the unit during the day. Access to our balcony was blocked the entire stay even though Liquid Life assured us we would have access from 5pm to 8am. Each day I contacted Liquid Life and they told me it would be opened the next day. It was never opened. Liquid Life never took ownership of the issue, they were rude, did not advocate for their customers. We were not offered a discount or an alternate location.We paid for an ocean front condo to enjoy the view from the balcony. The windows were locked and the sliding doors boarded up. Seems like a fire code violation to me.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo 201 is absolutely beautiful. Not very good kitchen appliances but that's just our opinion as we are pretty picky. We were not aware the pool was going to be closed so VERY disappointing especially considering we had 3 young ones who was really looking forward to that. But the very worse part was the 7am "wake up calls" every morning Monday-Friday of our stay that we was NOT made aware of. The jack hammers!!! When calling the company we was told an email was sent.. I can assure you we was not made aware.. And the company was not willing to work with us.. So NO pool and NO sleeping in or peace n quiet for 5 of our 7 day vacation 😡 we would absolutely stay at Broadmoor again but not using Liquid Life.. Disappointed!!

Reviewer Comments: The building was under construction - we were never told about it. The pounding started the first week we were there and never stopped! All the amenities were unavailable - no pool, hot tub or boardwalk to the beach Had to leave the condo every day for hours just to get away from the noise. The last week when they were cutting the cement on the second floor - the dust was coming in under the door and blowing through the whole condo - just awful.

Celebrating Nani’s 81st Birthday

Excellent location we had everything we needed. It was a little chilly could have used more blankets but we made do. Lovely home/ Condo. We definite will rent again.
