Penthouse Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Loft, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 12)
Spacious Loft/Penthouse condo in beautiful Cedar Glen condominiums just off Hwy 54 west of Camdenton, MO. Our unit features high vaulted ceilings in all rooms, and the wall of windows in the living room offers a beautiful view of the lake, green space (a rarity for Lake of the Ozarks), and heated pool. Take it all in from the oversized deck that spans the width of the condo and is accessible from the living room and master suite.
There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor that sleep 6 comfortably (the master bedroom has a king that sleeps 2; the 2nd bedroom has a queen that sleeps 2; and the 3rd bedroom has a queen that sleeps 2.) In addition, there is sleeping for 6 in the large loft area overlooking the main floor (upstairs features two bunk beds, each with a twin over full mattress.)
There are two bathrooms; one in the master and one off the hallway adjacent to bedrooms 2 and 3. Both bathrooms have plentiful towel bars, hooks and storage space for everyone.
Whether your pleasure is swimming, boating, fishing, water-skiing, golfing, hiking, outlet shopping or just sitting out on the deck enjoying a tranquil view of the lake, we have the perfect accommodations for your group.
Our Cedar Glen penthouse is located on a quiet stretch of lake at the 13MM of the Big Niangua arm. The property features two large swimming pools, a covered 12' x 30' boat slip, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

About Carey Gough
Hello! We're Eric, Carey, Hannah (14) and Cody (12) and we recently purchased this condo! Eric and I are both high school teachers in the St. Louis area, and we've dreamed of owning a place at the lake for over a decade. We are so excited to finally make that dream a reality and we look forward to sharing our lake home with you.

Why Carey Gough chose Camdenton
One of the things we fell in love with about Cedar Glen is the green space. It's a rare find at the Lake of the Ozarks to have both beautiful lake views and a gently sloping lawn to the water's edge. Cedar Glen offers both! We also fell in love with the amenities of this property. The on-site boat launch and trailer parking are wonderful for fishers and boaters; the proximity to golfing is great for those who like to hit the crooked sticks, and the easy access to Hwy 54 is amazing (especially if you want to find some bargains at the outlet mall in Osage Beach!) There are no tight, curvy roads to this place! The lawn is well maintained, and the pools are beautiful...and the one closest to our unit is heated! We love Cedar Glen, and hope you enjoy it, too. Come see it, and we're sure you'll want to come back again and again.
What makes this Condo unique
We love this part of the lake because it is one of the few places where the water remains relatively calm and uncluttered from the big boats commonly seen further up the lake. You can enjoy water sports at all times of the day and week, hikes in nearby Ha Ha Tonka State Park, golf, shopping and lots of sun and swimming. We are literally minutes from the stores and restaurants in Camdenton, and only a short drive to Osage Beach (15 minutes) for additional shopping, dining, and leisure activities. At the end of the day, kick back, relax, and take in some quality time with your family and friends!

Fabulous Long Weekend Getaway
Five of us, family and friends, stayed in this beautifully appointed condo and had a wonderfully relaxing time. The unit is large and could easily have accommodated a larger group. It is located close to a major road with access to many venues yet peaceful with a beautiful lake and environment views. We were able to fix delicious meals and easily drive to restaurants. The unit was very amblyopia stocked with cooking and life basics. A great time at a great value.

Great winter weekend getaway!
Five friends gathered to hike, snuggle around fireplace, play games and enjoy each other's company away from home. This checked all the boxes!
Only complaint - make your fireplace direction clearer perhaps with pictures.

A great stay
The condo was very roomy and the view was amazing. My family and i had a wonderful time here and hope to come back soon.
A WONDERFUL SPACIOUS RETREAT
We had a wonderful stay over the past weekend. There was plenty of space for all 7 of us. It was late in the season so we did not get to partake in the use of the pool but that was not our plan. I just wanted to spend some time with my daughters and friends and this was a perfect place to do it. We will definitely plan to stay there again in the future.
Great property and condo.
Clean, well stocked kitchen. A/C was VERY good (95 deg each day) for a top floor condo. Great Wi-Fi, and TV. Would absolutely stay again.

Additional information about rental rates
We require a minimum 3-night stay for holiday weekends. (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day) If you plan to bring a boat, you will need to acquire a temporary parking permit for your trailer from the Cedar Glen Property Management Office (on-site) upon arrival. We've already covered the cost for this, but please make a plan to tag the trailer while on property.
