Luxury 7000 SQFT, Sleeps 20 - Bball, VBall, 1 acre

Thanks for the feedback, we've just ordered everything you mentioned! The kitchen should be fully stocked now.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear your experience fell short of expectations—we take these comments seriously and are always striving to improve. Our outdoor amenities are one of the highlights of the property, and we normally perform a deep spring clean of all exterior spaces by mid-to-late April, depending on weather. Being in the mountains, snow and early spring storms can delay this effort. That said, we’re looking at ways to get a jumpstart on this process when conditions allow, so guests earlier in the season can enjoy the full outdoor experience. Regarding the cleanliness issue: I appreciated your initial message and tried to respond quickly with a replacement duvet cover. I’m sorry to hear you didn’t receive a follow-up—this isn’t typical, and I’m looking into what happened there. We’ve since completed a full deep clean and walkthrough to ensure the home meets the standards we expect. We genuinely value guest feedback, even when it’s hard to hear, because it helps us improve. I hope future guests can see that we’re responsive, thoughtful, and committed to making this a welcoming place for families and groups to enjoy the mountains.
