The Huntersville House is a cozy three bedroom two bath ranch located on a quiet street with less than a dozen homes. This house includes all the amenities you could ask for including a huge deck with one section covered, patio table and chairs as well as a large fire pit, large back yard with tons of room.

The Space:
You will receive check in instructions 48 hours prior to check in with your door code. If you have any questions or dont receive
the info please send me a message.

Guest Access:
Push button lock on the front door. To light up the lock face touch the bottom left corner then put in your code.
Please wait until the lock has completely opened to open the door.

The Neighborhood:
Very Quite neighborhood on a dead end street.

The place was very well kept and had nice appliances. It was a quiet stay even though it was close to a busy area. Any store or restaurant you need is close by, as well as the expressway. A very nice stay and would definitely come back again.

Our family had a fantastic stay here! Very clean and stocked with essentials. Communication with the host was great. We enjoyed the large back deck. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The place was very clean and comfy, kitchen well stocked with all necessary items (we cooked breakfasts while we were there), and there were plenty of towels and extra blankets. Walk in shower in master bedroom was really nice, plenty of hot water and water pressure. Bed and pillows were comfy. Host was spot on about check in, checking with us after check in, and check out.

I would first like to say my issues I had with the house have been expressed and the owner responded right away and said he will address them! The house sits on a nice quiet street. We needed a ranch style home for two elderly people in our party. The house and floor plan was perfect! The decor was nicely done. Just as pictures showed. A. * Note one of the bedrooms has a very high sitting mattress. Ok for my husband and I but maybe not for all. I am not giving it 5 stars due to some needed fixing of hardware and some cleanliness issues in one of the bedrooms and an issue we addressed(other areas were fine). The biggest issue was a railing that was not anchored into the side of the house. It was not secured and was dangerously wobbly.I am not one to write negative reviews!! I am just saying these things because they happened and I don’t want anyone else to fall. The owner said he will have the issues addressed and if all were rectified I would recommend staying here and would have no problem staying here again.

We work hard to keep our properties clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for all of our guests. When issues arise during a stay, we make every effort to address them as quickly as possible once we are made aware of them. Our cleaning team has consistently done an excellent job, and during my own walkthrough of the property, I did not notice any issues with the one-bedroom unit. Unfortunately, we were not notified of any cleanliness concerns during your stay. Had we known, we would have gladly sent our cleaners back out immediately to make things right. We strive to provide a five-star experience for every guest, and we take all feedback seriously. felt like home

This house was perfect. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and the house itself is kept very clean and updated. Mike was great with communication before and during our stay. although we did not use it there is a great porch area with grill and firepit.

Great Place

Accessing was easy and inside and outside of the propery were in top notch shape. Every room in the house was clean and had everything you would need when on vacation. I highly recommend this place.

Clean, comfortable, manicured, well appointed, great showers and towels. This home is set up bye people in the know. Everything you could need or want is provided. Super quiet and serene.

Wonderful!

Such a fabulous property! We loved the fenced in backyard and deck area. The house was extremely clean and just perfect for our family. Will absolutely stay here again next time we are in the area. Location is super close to all the shopping and food you cld possibly need.

Perfect Stay

We just needed a place to sleep while visiting the in-laws for Christmas. This was the perfect place. Plenty of room for my wife and I and the kids. They had everything you needed including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the showers. Will definitely stay here again.
