This is one of the largest (3000 square feet) ski in ski out properties at Park City/ Canyons. It is twenty steps from your door to the ski slope. The Vintage on the Strand can be skied to via the Lower Sunrise Ski run. Vintage on the Strand is situated just west (uphill) of The Sundial Lodge, and up hill from the bottom of the gondola. Park City and the Canyons are now combined and owned by Vail Corporation. It is the largest ski resort in North America. There is no better location to ski it from than Vintage on the Strand. The Condo is two floors with no one above you. It is an end unit so you have huge views in all directions. You have a two car heated garage should you elect to bring cars. The unit was built in 2008 and everything is 1st class and new. You have a unobstructed view of the mountain and out across the Basin. You are within walking distance to many fine restaurants and spas. A free shuttle located just below the unit at the Sundial Lodge will take you to Deer Valley, Main Street Park City, shopping, Groceries etc. There are five other ski resorts less than 45 minutes away. Salt Lake international Airport is less than 40 minutes away.

About Brad Wilson and Craig Reece
When we saw this property we couldn't believe it. Usually the best land closest to the ski run was developed long ago. In this case it was developed late in the game and we happened to be in the right place at the right time. We are thrilled to offer this prime condo for others to enjoy as well.
Brad Wilson and Craig Reece purchased this Townhome in 2008
Why Brad Wilson and Craig Reece chose Park City
We bought this condo because it was simply the best location on the mountain and large enough to house two families comfortably. When you see it you will understand.
What makes this Townhome unique
If you and your family love to ski like we do there is nothing that compares with true ski in ski out. Want to get a different hat, a warmer jacket, want to get rid of one layer, want to stop by the bathroom, want to swap your board out for your skies. You can do all of these things and many more without missing a run. At the end of the day no trudging to the car and changing in the parking lot, just hang your skis and boots on the rack and flop down in one of our leather chairs and share stories about the day.

Solid, nice and convenient
We stayed there with 5 adults and 4 children between 2 and 9 years. The condo offers abundant of space and had all the amenities needed for our stay including a high chair and a crib for our 2-year old. The ski-in and ski-out works quite well as soon as you have figured out the way back and as long as there is sufficient snow on the ground which was not always the case during our stay (mid March). There were a couple of minor items that should be easy to fix: the temperature in the condo was very high but we were told not to change the setting for the heating. When we were told not to open the windows anymore due to a coming storm system it became really hot especially in the bedrooms upstairs. Two shower heads did not function, the dishwasher is quite old and not very effective and the cleanliness of the condo when we moved in was not overwhelming. The tiny TV screens and the power and antenna cables arrangement seem out of time and place. All in all it was a good experience and worked very well for our Park City vacation.
Great property , but you gotta walk ...
Property is really good , spacious , comfortable , nice furniture , appliances , bedding . Good communication with the owner and the manager of the property . Missing some light bulbs but nothing major . About being a ski in and ski out , we expected not to walk more than few steps and this is something that was a little surprise , you can leave the house skiing but you gotta walk your way back to the house . Other than this , it's a tremendous property that we really loved and recommend .
Our apologies of Elias. We did not explain adequately how to ski to the unit. It is possible to ski to and from the the unit and only walk across the street.
Great Place for large Families
we had a wonderful week here. Very comfortable and ideally situated. Owners very attentive, when we realised not enough glasses or a plunger needed, they arrived promptly the following day.Great space for large group or family. Short walk down to Village. Highly recommend.
Perfect home for multiple families
We had two families consisting of a total of 11 people (7 kids) stay at the house. It was perfect with the bunk bed room and lots of space everywhere. We found the kitchen to be stocked with amenities that made everything easy. The location is wonderful and once we found the shortcut through the tunnel it made it a breeze to get down to the gondola and ski school. We never rented a car and were able to mainly use public transportation. Brad was a great help leading up to the trip as well. Big bonus were the radiant floors. Would highly recommend this rental property!
We enjoyed the house and the view. The house is super confiable.
Excellent accommodations at The Canyons
Had several emails back and forth with questions and owners were very prompt. They came to meet us on the first day which also made our stay a bit more personal. Had a small problem with a drain backup and they came with plungers for every bathroom. Various paper products, some staples and spices were left in the pantry which we found very helpful. Be aware of many steps within the unit if you aren't acclimated to the altitude!
