It comprises an attractive living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). You can also enjoy the 1,400 m² garden! The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- 60 m² living room with sofa, armchairs, TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with terrace access
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190), balcony access with sea and mountain views
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190), access to balcony with sea and mountain views
- Shower room with WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private swimming pool (9.5×4.5), unheated, secured by an alarm, open from May to September (9am-11.30pm)
- A lovely 1,400 m² landscaped garden, enclosed and private, secured by an automatic gate and intercom system
- A 60 m² terrace with sun loungers, parasol, outdoor seating area, dining area, barbecue and views of the sea and mountains to make the most of the fine weather. A solar-powered shower is also available.
- A 30 m² pergola with table and chairs.

The house is ideally located in Calvi, in the most sought-after residential area of the heights. Enjoy panoramic views over the countryside and relax in an exceptional setting. Just a short walk away, you'll have access to all the essential shops, as well as a variety of boutiques, restaurants, bars and a local market. - On departure, please leave the villa in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The accommodation is air-conditioned in the living room and the three bedrooms.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favourable weather conditions.
- The fireplace is available and operational during the winter period. For safety reasons, the owner will light it. This service is included at no extra charge.
