Small town house of 3 rooms duplex with garden 30 m2 in private residence very quiet with garden and parking Very well located in the city center, ideal for visiting the region. A few minutes drive from the beaches and the Ocean. near to all shops, market and train station. Airport in Bordeaux.
Just restored. Bedroom with bathroom and toilets on the first floor and dining room with open kitchen and veranda on the ground floor
