We enjoy coming to OBA as often as possible. We love the beautiful white sand at the Alabama beaches. We love eating the fresh seafood at some the best restaurants in Orange Beach. We love sitting by the waters edge and watching the waves with our feet in the sand. We've made many great memories here with friends and with our extended families. This 3 bedroom condo adds the one between 1401 and 1403 to our condos available for vacations. Now guests can rent 3 condos side by side for families or friends that are traveling together.

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
