Mesa Property with Diving Pool!

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house and all its available amenities. While we won't be available in person, you can reach us through the booking platform, by text/call, or via email. We are very responsive from 8 AM to 10 PM.

Verification Required: For security purposes, guests are required to provide a photo of a valid ID and credit card (showing only the name that matches the reservation and expiration date) prior to arrival. These documents must be submitted for verification before check-in.

Other things to note

Pool Information:
The pool is not heated, and it is serviced every Friday. Enjoy full access to the backyard hot tub anytime during your stay. Leaves and other natural debris may occasionally blow into the pool. This does not constitute a reason for a refund, provided the pool is safe to swim in. If you notify us, we will be happy to try to arrange for the pool company to service the pool as soon as possible.

Trash Collection and Outside Maintenance:
* The trash collection is every Saturday morning. Someone will put the trash bins on the curb the night before collection and return them after the trash has been collected.
* We have regularly scheduled landscaping and exterior maintenance on the property.

Inside Fireplace:
The fireplace inside the house is purely ornamental and not functionally designed exclusively for display and décor.

Please note that we do not provide cable TV at the property. However, we have a Smart TV available so you can easily log in to your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Prime Video, and more. Perfect for a relaxing escape or a productive work trip, this home is ready to host you!
