This large, comfortable home was just right for our family. We infortunately had to attend the memorial service for my wife's grandmother. Our family of 10 was joined by my brother-in-law and sister-in-law along with her husband and two of their children. We found the home accomodating and comfy with quality furnishings, lots of space, and a good location. The pool was the highlight for the kids ages 10 to 24.
We had 4 parents with children stay for a nearby youth sports event. This house gave everyone space of their own and lots of social gathering space. Hosts were very communicative and easy to work with.

The rental property is in a very nice neighborhood and area and very close to many food and coffee shops. It was a large home that accommodated our wedding party pre and post wedding weekend. The listing states the house sleeps 20, the number 20 is listed in the listing title, yet I had to get the owner’s approval to have 12 guests. The listing needs to be changed to the true number.Cleanliness was rated 3 because the floors were dirty and all our guests complained of black feet/socks. The bathrooms were clean and linens were clean but the floors needed a lot of work. The kitchen sink had a grasshopper in it, which is hard to judge the owner since this happens, however my concern is that we paid a several hundred dollar cleaning fee and grasshoppers only come up drains when the sink isn’t used meaning it hasn’t been cleaned the day prior to the stay. Property amenities would be rated lower because the water and ice on the refrigerator was not working. When I messaged the property, I was told, “I think the water line is unhooked due to leaking,” and that we needed to purchase our own water and ice. This was probably the most dissapointing with the stay.Ease of checkin was rated low because the morning of the check in I had a ton of trouble getting the house manual. The property had to send it multiple times. The address listed on the property was not the address that the map/directions section listed. The map takes you to a house on a totally different street.
We loved the backyard pool and the spacious gathering area in the kitchen dining family room area. We did have a few hiccups. Candy wrappers under a bed upstairs. The fridge water and ice maker didn’t work, we couldn’t get some of the ceiling fans to work inside and outside, the grillNeeded a realGood cleaning before we dared use it.some of the beds upstairs were well used with dips and humpsTo prove it. Things we loved were the many towels used for swimming - the garage was clean and nice the laundry was quick and the mater bedroom was fantastic. Overall we were pleased with our stay. For swimming, the
Very nice! But better for large extended family than 60 couples
Very nice relaxing stay, clean pleasant. There is a large and very high staircase to the 4 upstairs bedrooms that share one full bath. The other half bath and separate shower were on the main level. The shower downstairs is in a room that people must pass through to get to the garage (2nd refrigerator, laundry) Decent beds. Large master bath on main level is difficult to share with non-family as it is an open doorway w/ no privacy from bedroom. Very pleasant and adequate space. We paid to heat the pool and didn't regret it. Water was looking a bit cloudy by Wed, but pool cleaners came Thurs morning and it was pristine after that. Plenty of towels and bedding.
Soccer team tournament. Excellent location to soccer complex (12 min). We were 14 people parents of 5 (17-18 yo) girls. The bathroom situation was a little tight- the only en-suite is in master bedroom located on main floor; one full bathroom on 2nd floor where there were 4 bedrooms. 3rd shower located on main floor in the mud room off the garage. We are all close families so we made it work. Lots of sleeping space in bedrooms.
I rented the place for the size as it could fit all of the family. We were there for a memorial service for my father in law. It was a great place for the family ranging from ages 1 -56
Great location and home. The hosts were very responsive to any questions or needs we had. The only issue was when the pool repair guy showed up unannounced while a group of 16-year-old female athletes were getting ready for a soccer game. There appeared to be a miscommunication with the hosts on whether the house was occupied or not.
We have been going to Arizona the last 20 years to play in a mens baseball tournament for a week long. We usually have 10-14 men stay during the week. The house was plenty big for all of us. There's room for 7 cars combined in the garage and driveway which was ok for us this past week. Usually we'll have more but will worry about that next year. We would definitely come back and stay again.
This was an excellent property. Our family throughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious and equipped with all of the things needed in a home that you typically wouldn’t pack on a trip. The pool was clean and nicely setup. Great visiting area and bbq area. The renter was great to deal with simple and clear on all instructions. We had a great time and would stay here again for sure.
This is great house with lots of room. The kitchen is large and well stocked.
We will be glad to rent this property again.

I am from St. Louis, Missouri. I have been in the Wireless Communication field for many years. I am currently involved in the deployment of 5G wireless networks throughout the Southwest. My two sons attend a local University here in Arizona. We love to travel, water ski, golf, hike and snowboard/snow ski. We really love the outdoors, and especially love the desert with all its beauty. There are so many hiking trails around the state that are fun to check out. We especially like Fossil Creek, where there is such a beautiful water fall that we couldn’t believe was in Arizona! Some other great hikes are the Wind Cave, Hieroglyphics Trail and many trails at South Mountain. We have called Arizona home since 1995. We travel regularly, as we still have extended family in St. Louis, and Indiana. We also love going to the beaches of California and Florida. We travel internationally as breaks from college and finances allow. We also love attending all local sports team games, and are die hard AZ Cardinal Football fans. We frequently attend the theater, and have grown to love the Hale Theater in downtown Gilbert, with great performances and lots of local dining, coffee shops and entertainment all around it.
Why they chose this property
We purchased this home because we loved the community. It was a fairly new community and home, and we love to play golf, so found this to be a great spot for us. We love this state mainly because of the fantastic weather. We don’t mind the heat at all. And Arizona is close to the beaches of California and Mexico, as well as Las Vegas, for quick getaways.
What makes this property unique
I love the spaciousness of this home; every room is very large. The backyard was perfect for us, as we used the pool and Jacuzzi often. We love entertaining, so the built-in barbeque served us well. Great home for having friends over. And an extra benefit is that there are no neighbors directly behind, which provides a bit more privacy. There is a park within Augusta Ranch on the way to the Golf Course that my kids frequented while growing up. It is located at the elementary school, with swing sets, slides and all kinds of fun things for children to play on. We also spent a lot of time at the Golf Course and Clubhouse, whether grabbing a meal, or for a Community Movie Night, or attending any of the many events the HOA puts on throughout the year. We loved taking walks and bike rides through the community and it has always been beautifully maintained, with flower and manicured greenspaces. My boys also played a lot of basketball in the greenbelt behind the house across the street, where there is a basketball court. The surrounding area has really built up in the last few years, with new shopping stores and restaurants popping up all over. Some of our favorite places to eat are Rudy’s Tacos and Bella’s Italian Food. Love them!
