The Old Town Transit Center is also nearby so you can easily take the free bus throughout the area including Deer Valley, Park City, Canyons Village and Kimball Junction.

This multi-level townhome encompasses 1,964 square feet of living space, three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms to comfortably sleep up to six guests.

Taking the exterior steps to the front door, you will find yourself in the living room. There's a short half staircase that will take you into the dining and kitchen areas.

Living Room: Enjoy plush and comfy furnishings, including a sectional sofa and reclining chair, a Smart TV (with cable programming), and a wood-burning fireplace. The adjacent private balcony is a prime spot to enjoy great views overlooking Old Town.

Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped and features stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner electric range, a convenient walk-in pantry, and spacious granite countertops. The adjacent small balcony holds the gas BBQ grill—perfect for those grilled favs.

Dining Room: The dining area has seating for up to six diners, and the kitchen bar offers seating for two.
