Beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath in the heart of old town/lower DV - just a 5 minute walk to Main Street! Enjoy your spacious patio with hot tub and grill. Master bedroom is upstairs in loft area (an additional futon up there adds additional sleeping for one) and gorgeous bathroom with a spa-like feel. The main level features a spacious living area, a bedroom with queen bed and a 3rd bedroom with bunk beds (Twin over full bed with a twin trundle) sleeping up to 4. Guaranteed garaged parking is just icing on the cake.

This condo was recently renovated and makes a wonderfully relaxing space to enjoy with family and friends. At night, you'll be treated to our luxury 100% viscose (made from bamboo fabric) sheets from Cozy Earth - an Oprah favorite! Perfectly located in lower Deer Valley, you have wonderful restaurants, bars and shopping all within walking distance. Also, easy access to public transit to get you to the slopes within minutes.

Master Bedroom - Loft area upstairs has King bed and a futon for extra sleeping room, TV with streaming and GORGEOUS ensuite bathroom with a beautiful stone laid walk-in shower and built in vanity!

Queen Bedroom - Downstairs you will find the second bedroom with a queen size bed, TV with streaming, and a work space!

Bunk Room - Next to the Queen bedroom you will find the bunk room with a queen size bottom bunk and twin top bunk. This room also has a TV with Roku!

2nd Bathroom - Next to the downstairs bedrooms you will find the second bathroom where you have the option of both a shower and bathtub.

Kitchen - Kitchen is open concept into the living room and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a wonderful meal for the family. We stock the pantry with Olive Oil, Salt, and Pepper. We leave behind condiments from other guests but they are not guaranteed.

Living Room - Living room has a big comfortable couch perfect for lounging around after a day of exploring, TV with streaming, and a fireplace for added ambiance. In the living room you will find the sliding glass door to the deck.

Deck - The private deck has a hot tub, outdoor seating with table, and a propane powered grill. Its the perfect place to hang out, relax, and enjoy the view!

Parking - There is a parking garage with a clearance of 6'10" with 2 available spots for guests.

Guests have access to the whole condo with the exception of one small lockout closet.

The property has independent check-in, but we are available via text or phone prior to and during your stay.

Great stay! Very quick to respond when I had questions. Very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The only recommendation I would have is to have more condiments and spices available for use.

This condo was centrally located so that we could walk into Park City with easy access to Deer Valley, as well. The property was also well-appointed, and we liked the layout for the most part. The bathroom in the master suite was beautiful, relaxing, and spa like. The covered parking was a plus. The only things to point out are: the noise from the first floor carries to the master suite given that there is no door and it is a loft, which can make it difficult to sleep if others are watching TV in the main room; the hot tub needs to be replaced and was sporadically functional; and the door to the laundry needs to be repaired and made it pretty much impossible to do laundry. The property manager was great, and we appreciated the welcome gift.

Great spot for a family vacation.

My family of five, which consists of three kids ranging an age from 7 to 15, recently stayed at this property for a weeklong family vacation. This place afforded our group plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable.The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare any and all meals.The deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Cocktail hour was especially impressive with views of the sunset. The location of this property is also perfect for walking to and from downtown Park city.I’d recommend this spot to anyone.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. We could walk to mostly everything. Patio and hot tub were enjoyable. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the host was timely. Would stay again!

Family Christmas gift

This trip was a gift for my family. This is the first time we went to park city. I looked at several places to stay and I’m so glad this is where we stayed. Everything was so convenient. The condo was extremely clean. My family of 5 had plenty of room. The hot tub was a huge hit after a day of skiing. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Great location and impeccable property

We loved staying here. Place is clean and perfectly decorated. Kitchen was well equipped and rooms comfortable. Location is amazing; close to Main St. - a 9min walk with some hills to walk up (we are in a mountain city after all). The managers of the property were great; responses were fast and they were kind enough to accommodate an early checkin. Internet was fast and one of the rooms even had a desk and monitor. Great place to stay; we plan to come back on a summer trip.
