Wonderful place. Perfect location. You could tell the owners really put thought and effort into making the condo comfortable for renters.

We enjoy going to CDA over Thanksgiving. The downtown holiday celebration is spectacular. The condo is within 4 blocks of all of the festivities, shops - and Tubbs Hill, our favorite spot for an afternoon hike. This location allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to be carefree – perfect!

The condo itself is very clean, comfortable, and up-to-date. It is quite lovely. The open floor plan made it feel bright and spacious. As mentioned, the owners thought of everything, from the meticulous instructions to get in and out of the gated garage to the fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Many of the VRBOs we have stayed truly lack in kitchen essentials; in particularly, the cookware. This condo was an exception. It made cooking Thanksgiving dinner a breeze. And the secure garage was an added bonus. Knowing our car was safely tucked away while we enjoyed our holiday excursions was peace of mind.

Our only complaint would be the sofa sleeper and the bed. The bed was squeaky and a tad uncomfortable, not horrible. The sofa sleeper, like most sofa sleepers, I suppose, proved very uncomfortable. Luckily, our daughter is still small enough to sleep on the couch itself, which had many soft pillows.

All in all, this condo was one of the best places we have stayed. We hope to rent again. Thank you!

Nice extended-stay home

I stayed here during the 2nd month of my 2-month work detail in CDA (previously stayed in their bungalow on Lakeside/11th, same owner, also very lovely). Very well-kept unit, with all the amenities of home, making it perfect for my extended stay. So close to downtown, hiking trails at Tubbs Hill, and the lake - really great location, can walk everywhere! Really appreciated the flexibility and ease of communication with the owner (Bob) throughout my 2-month stay at both rentals - very accommodating with my complicated work logistics! Totally recommend this owner and his properties!

Coeur D'Alene Condo

This is the second year we have stayed at this condo. It is well outfitted with everything you could possibly need. The location is fantastic and you can walk to all of the restaurants and hiking areas. It is immaculate and has a nice balcony where you can sit out and watch the activity. Would stay there, again, in a heartbeat!

Great one bedroom condo in the heart of CDA

Stayed here July 2016 with my 2 daughters aged 11 and 9. Was a perfect location for us, walking distance to beach and downtown. Bob has some concerns when I was booking if it was big enough for us, typically couples only stay here. But was more than big enough, and I drew the short straw I got the pull out to sleep on. Its comfy and works for an adult just fine. If we needed to drive somewhere, the garage parking was great to have quick access to our vehicle, and didn't have to worry about packing everything out of the truck into condo when we did leave the downtown area.

The condo its self is beautiful. and kept in excellent condition. It has had some renos done to give it a more modern feeling, and is one of the cleanest rental properties I have stayed at. Second floor gives you a pretty decent view towards the south, and keeps you right off the street when you are sitting on the deck. Has everything you need including washer and dryer, which when travelling with kids is great to have.

Highly recommend staying here if you are in the CDA area. Will most definitely book again for my next trip to the area.

Great accomodations and location.

This property is really nice -- nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. The location makes it possible to walk everywhere within the downtown area (beach, resort, restaurants). Off-street parking and a garage are available. The owner provided all needed information in advance of the visit.We will most definitely stay here again.
