The house is a 2 minute walk to the dunes and another 8 minutes through dunes and across the beach to the sea. About 25 minutes by car from Cape Town. It is a semi-detached house and in this listing the larger part of the semi-detached house with 200 m2. The house is rented for 4 people. In another listing you will also find the WHOLE HOUSE for 8 people to rent.
It has 200 square meters of living space and a large garden with pool, as well as 150 m2 of balconies and terraces, trampoline and table tennis. Paradise for riders and surfers. Whoever wants can walk from the front door to the beach, or go hiking in the mountains and explore Chapmanspeak or Silvermine.

Wunderschönes Haus

Ein sehr schönes Haus. Die Gastgeber sind net, die Lage ist toll. Die vollständig ausgestattete Küche (einschliesslich aller möglichen Küchenutensilien und Gewürze) wurde gern und häufug benutzt.
