Lake Sainte-Foy-de-Peyrolières, perfect for walking and fishing, is 3km away. Single-story cottage of 131 m²: kitchen with dining area, living room, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160cm) (1 double bed 140cm + cot) (2 single beds 90cm), additional living room (sofa bed 140cm), bathroom with shower and bathtub, WC, laundry room. Electric underfloor heating. Courtyard for parking, large unfenced garden. Working from home is possible (internet access via router and desk in the living room). Pets are not allowed.
