Dive into the swimming pool out of sight under the oak trees in the garden and discover the hiking trails at the foot of your rental near the Canal du Midi and Lake Saint Férreol. You are at the center of the tourist triangle of Toulouse, Carcassonne and Albi and the departments of Haute Garonne, Tarn and Aude. The cottage is located on the ground floor of our large villa, so you are completely independent of our living space. The 38m2 cottage has all the necessary comfort for your stay: - a well-equipped kitchen area (induction hob, fridge/freezer, combined microwave, pod coffee maker, etc.), -a living space with a large screen TV with WIFI, international channels and films on demand included), -a bathroom with a large shower (organic products included), - a comfortable bedroom with a large bed (160x200 divisible into two 80x200 beds if necessary) high-end bedding (tempur) and a large dressing room. Private outdoor spaces (tables/chairs, large offset parasol, deckchairs and garden furniture) are at your disposal. A plancha on request (cleaning not included in the household) A cleaning kit (sponge, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, ecological household products are offered) as well as welcome products (coffee pods, organic tea, oil/vinegar, salt, pepper, spices) as well. Waste sorting (glass, recyclable and composting are offered) We practice rainwater recovery as well as the rational use of water. We practice mountain biking and hiking and would be delighted to share our favorite outings or routes.
