Rest and relaxation in this recently renovated old farmhouse, 38km southwest of Toulouse and at the gateway to the Gers region. You'll find rest and relaxation in this recently renovated farmhouse. Located on a working farm (mixed farming) near the Gers River and just 38km from Toulouse, close to Blagnac and Airbus, it's the ideal place for business trips as well as holidays. Here, you can enjoy the countryside, charming villages and markets, and the proximity of the city and its cultural activities. The village of Sainte-Foy-de-Peyrolières boasts three lakes, one of which is within walking distance of the cottage, and the GR86 long-distance hiking trail passes less than 1km away: a dream location for fishing and hiking! The St. Lys swimming pool is just 5km away (see photo), the Tépacap treetop adventure park and the Ferme du Paradis animal park are in Rieumes, 10km away, and Muret (with its aquatic center and swimming lake) is 20km away. On-site amenities include a pétanque court, trampoline, outdoor play equipment for children aged 3-6, and a ping-pong table (shared by three cottages). Ground floor: entrance hall, kitchen/dining room, living room, WC. Upstairs: two bedrooms (three single beds, 90cm wide, and one double bed, 160cm wide), shower room, WC. Electric heating. Two other cottages are located on the same property (sleeping 2 and 6-8 people respectively). Private, unfenced garden and courtyard parking. Optional services available upon request through our partners: on-site massages, babysitting, and hairdressing. Teleworking and an extra bed are available on-site.
