This charming duplex offers a true mountain feel with exposed stone and wood elements, giving it a warm chalet ambiance. The small balcony provides beautiful mountain views, perfect for summer relaxation. It’s an ideal peaceful retreat for families, located on the slopes of Manigod ( connected to La Clusaz Resort) , offering ski-in/ski-out access in winter and hiking in summer.

Accommodation : The 39m² duplex (13m² in the attic) is spread over two levels. The living room features a sofa bed, armchair, dining area, and small kitchen. Upstairs, you’ll find a cozy attic bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping area with 2 single beds in a mezzanine. Free parking is available at the bottom of the residence, and we are local hosts available for assistance and recommendations.

Manigod Resort : Located in the Merdassier sector of Manigod, the apartment provides ski-in/ski-out access in winter and hiking trails in summer. Connected to La Clusaz by ski lift, it’s a family-friendly resort with ski schools for children starting at age 2. Nearby, you’ll find shops, restaurants, and a Sherpa supermarket open in the summer and winter seasons.

Transport : Free parking is available at the residence. Shuttle bus service operates during high season.
