About this property

"La belle vie" comfortable vacation home with heated pool and sauna

Architect house just built. 5 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms, 12m Swimming Pool, Sauna and Landscaped Garden on the heights of Piraillan, 5 minutes from the Piraillan market. Very large interior volume. Quiet between the basin and the ocean.
We rent the house for 12 people (ideal for 2 families). But we have a capacity of 16 beds (contact us directly as additional costs apply).

Parties, evenings and other events are strictly prohibited.

TV, fiber wifi connection.

Ideally located a 5-minute walk from the Piraillan market, nestled among the pine trees, this East-West facing house benefits from a very calm and relaxing environment.

The very functional Italian kitchen is equipped with a large induction hob, a fan oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and all small appliances.

The dining room is organized around a very large wooden table. Dining area and crockery can accommodate 16 guests.
The rest of the large room offers a lounge area

The swimming pool (3.5 x 7 m) is heated (Easter to All Saints' Day) and secured thanks to its electric roller shutter which closes centrally. Its surroundings are equipped with sun loungers.

All bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes and mosquito nets.

The terrace accommodates several sheltered modular tables and chairs for 12/14 people.

The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Véritable cocon

Magnifique week-end passé en amoureux pour fêter nos 13 ans de mariage et ce malgré un temps très très maussade ! Nous avons apprécié le caractère accueillant et douillet de la maison qui reste très lumineuse même par temps gris. La pluie nous a incités à profiter un maximum du confort de la maison et de sa cuisine américaine très bien équipée. C'est le genre de maison qui génère une atmosphère différente au gré des saisons : super cosy en hiver, elle doit être très agréable l'été parce qu'elle est aérée et très ouverte sur le jardin et les pins. Pour cette fois, ça aura été une ambiance poêle à bois très douce et agréable. Les chambres sont super confortables. Pour notre part, nous avons bien l'intention de revenir à la belle saison pour profiter du Bassin sous ses meilleurs jours et des atouts de la maison en période estivale.Une mention spéciale pour Alexandre qui gère la maison et nous a chaleureusement accueillis et conseillés sur nos occupations du week-end.
