Je suis une dĂ©coratrice dâintĂ©rieur et peintre parisienne qui a choisi cette petite ville pour sa beautĂ© son ambiance culturelle ses activitĂ©s diverses et variĂ©es autour de lâimage , et sa proximitĂ© de Paris ( 1h50 par le train ) et de lâOcean ( LâĂźle dâOleron Ă 2 h en voiture )

Jâai choisi de rĂ©habiliter 3 plateaux dans un bĂątiment classĂ© de lâhyper-centre historique dâune ville cĂ©lĂšbre pour avoir inspirĂ©, entre autres Balzac ( Illusions perdues ) ou rien nâa Ă©tĂ© abĂźmĂ© ; Les ruelles pavĂ©es et les façades des ravissantes maisons basses sont restĂ©es intactes depuis des siĂšcles .Les vues sur la campagne alentour depuis les remparts du plateau oĂč je demeure sont Ă couper le souffle . Le climat est doux et la pollution de lâair absente , un paradis !!!
