Je suis une décoratrice d’intérieur et peintre parisienne qui a choisi cette petite ville pour sa beauté son ambiance culturelle ses activités diverses et variées autour de l’image , et sa proximité de Paris ( 1h50 par le train ) et de l’Ocean ( L’île d’Oleron à 2 h en voiture )

Why they chose this property

J’ai choisi de réhabiliter 3 plateaux dans un bâtiment classé de l’hyper-centre historique d’une ville célèbre pour avoir inspiré, entre autres Balzac ( Illusions perdues ) ou rien n’a été abîmé ; Les ruelles pavées et les façades des ravissantes maisons basses sont restées intactes depuis des siècles .Les vues sur la campagne alentour depuis les remparts du plateau où je demeure sont à couper le souffle . Le climat est doux et la pollution de l’air absente , un paradis !!!
