We come to Sam Rayburn at least once a year and this place is definitely on the list for a return stay! Extras provided and we did not need or want for anything.

Comfortable and Easy

This was our second time staying here and it was just as nice the second time around. Safe place to park and charge up our boat for fishing and the house is loaded with everything you need. The owner is extremely pleasant to work with and all your needs are taken care of.

We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this has to be the cleanest and most well stocked one yet. The owners were instantly responsive in communication. The home is absolutely beautifully remodeled and the property is gorgeous! 5 stars!

Super clean, Fully Equipped!!!

Donna made sure the house was in perfect order and we were so pleased to see the welcome package and all possible amenities in case we forgot something!!! We fished all week and was able to keep our boat in the carport charging while rested so easy!!! I needed to contact the property owner while there and she quickly assisted me and life has been great all week!!! Fishing was good and the comfort of this house was more than expected!!!!

2022 Annual Fishing Vacation

Rental was in immaculate condition, very nice and up to date. Rental was well stocked with everything we needed. Owner was very accommodating and awesome to communicate with. Will definitely be returning next year.

Guys fishing trip….

Great place to stay on Sam Rayburn. Convenient to multiple boat launches. Covered parking for 2 boats, although backing into spots was a little tricky due to narrow street. Very well furnished for most cooking needs, BBQ grills etc. Large property with views of the lake. Would stay again.

Beautiful lake home!

Beautifully decorated, super comfy beds, and great location for fishing tournaments. Donna was an amazing and super accommodating host. Left us cinnamon rolls on the counter. Kitchen was stocked with high quality dishes and utensils. Highly recommend this house!

Best Place I've ever stayed on Big Sam !!

We are super satisfied with our stay, you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable, lots of room down and upstairs, beds very comfortable and the place is actually completely new. This is a very quiet neighborhood lake front property with a breath taking view. Huge backyard big enough for the kids to play more than 50 yards of football field !! The outdoor deck and fire pit are super enjoyable. Nice trees and enough shade to enjoy the outside. The location is amazing you're like 20 minutes from Lufkin Tx if you decide to go and eat at a nice restaurant. The convenience to have a covered patio to rig you rods and reels is a big plus for me. Owners super friendly and always respond to questions and request super fast. We have been coming to the area for more than 7 years and we can say we have finally found a place to go back in "All" our future trips. Definitely will recommend you to stay here.
