We took along 10 of our family and fit in this home nicely. Great neighborhood and great communication with the owner. Extremely clean too, which was really important to us.

Great location

We were attending a wedding in the area. This house was close to all the event locations and worked out perfectly for our family with small kids and teenagers. The number of bathrooms was very helpful! We loved it!

Great visit

We had a great weekend. The house was clean, ready and perfect for our quick weekend away. The communication was perfect, although we didn’t have any issues that needed their attention as everything was as promised when we arrived! Great stay, looking forward to next year.

This 6 bedroom house is great for large groups. Private locks on all bedrooms and well laid out. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again. Roger is a great host. Very responsive.

I brought family in for the GMU graduation. The property was spacious and well stocked. We were only 15-20 minutes from George Mason. We enjoyed our stay!

Good location property

Visited DC sites with 3 families and stayed here. Good price and location. Easy access to groceries, restaurants, and highways. Nice, no frills house with what we needed considering we spent most of our time site seeing. Owner was easy to communicate with. Having 4 full bathrooms was nice.

Wedding in Centreville

Perfect house for large family!

This rental was perfect for our family of 13 during our recent visit to attend a funeral at Arlington National Cemetery. We needed to leave the house by 9am. The four bathrooms were so helpful! After the long, emotional day we enjoyed the backyard patio. The house was super clean and the communication with Roger was exceptional. Thank you!

Great house for a family gathering

This house had the perfect space for us. Those with children took the downstairs so they had plenty of room to make noise and spread out without taking over the whole place. The open floorplan allowed 10 of us to all hang together with seating and easy access to the kitchen. When we needed one thing, Roger was quick to respond and always answered my messages promptly. Thanks for the hospitality.

Great Stay - Rocky Start

We loved the space but when we arrived there was no water and we went a full day without water. The manager worked on getting things corrected. It did make the first 24 hours of our stay very uncomfortable, to say the least. However, the space itself was great and once we had water, everything was fine.

Great home for large family

This property was just as advertised. large house for multiple families. The hot water went out on the 2nd day of our stay, but there wasn't time to repair before we checked out. Would have loved a few more towels as there was just one per bedroom. Overall, great stay and would recommend. **suggestions: basement bedroom in the middle, needs some type of table/lamp and a dresser or something. It is just a bed. Also would have loved some hangers.

Walked in/walked out

Walked in to see cockroaches crawling everywhere. Immediately got the owner on the phone and his resolution was to send over a can of bug spray. I informed him he would need an exterminator multiple times and that I wanted a full refund or I would call the health department.

Family Reunion

We were visiting family in Virginia and there were 9 of us. This house was perfect with the 2 floors of bedrooms and bathrooms. Younger children and parents downstairs and us grandparents and older children upstairs. We were very comfortable and property was homey and clean. Perfect!

2 days of fun

Family wedding. I had out of town guest that needed accommodation. House was very spacious, good parking. Easy to get to. Just a 20 min drive from my house in Chantilly. On 2nd day. The ladies were all able to get their henna done as the guys barbecued on outside grill. Would recommend this property to everyone!

Wedding in Leesburg

This home was perfect for our family of 10. The 4 bathrooms worked out great as we got ready for our sons wedding . The kitchen was open and well stocked and the gas grilled was great for our family dinner.. It definitely meet all our needs and was very clean. Roger responded quickly to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again
