Located next to the nature preserve This NEW magnificent beach house is the perfect destination for your vacation or multi family gathering and will change your perspective on vacationing forever! You and your guest will also have access to the Port Aransas community heated pool located just a few blocks from home. Sorry NO pets. No canopies allowed in pool.
Bird watcher’s paradise when Walking out onto the covered patio and embracing yourself with PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL and picturesque VIEWS from your private balcony while relaxing in the Gulf breezes and sipping a Margarita. Put your feet up and know this is the vacation you have been looking for.
When you enter Ocean Pearl waterfront home, you will find a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen with an open concept.

Down the hall is the master king bedroom that offers a plush king size bed with a flat screen TV, closet, and master bathroom with walk in shower. The master king suite offers a private entrance to the front balcony. Guest king bedroom also offers a second master suite with its own bathroom and outdoor balcony. Third bedroom is a guest bedroom (bunk room) has 2 bunk beds with one trundle bed. The living area offers a flat screen TV, sofa sleeper, and has access to the private deck to enjoy those mornings of tranquility.

Families are sure to enjoy the Rusty Hook Game Room! Rusty Hook has everything you need for entertainment! Ping pong table, shuffleboard, corn hole, etc.

Amenities: Private Pool, game room, 2 master king bedrooms, pack & play, high chair, coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, Boat Parking, driveway camera/pool, and ring door bell camera also covers the porch and pool area.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was just as pictured. The two masters with on suites were perfect for two couples and the bunk room was a great size for the kids. Plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies. The porch overlooking the pool and view was nice and large. Plenty of space to move about. The password provided in the welcome email was incorrect and we spent some time trying to reset everything. We emailed the property manager and they told us where to find the correct one.

Beautiful home, Fun family getaway

View was amazing, don’t miss the sunsets here! Being able to play basketball in the pool was our favorite! Lots of inviting touches in the home like welcoming snacks, beach towels, ice cooler, and pool toys… much appreciated. Access to the game room was also great! Lots of entertaining fun - no need to leave the house!

Fun Port A Getaway

The house was well stocked and very clean. The welcome snacks were a nice touch. It rained through most of our stay, but the game room and pool kept everyone entertained. It was fun to watch the ships pass by. My only complaint would be the master bedroom mattress. It was super firm, which is not ideal for us.

The location was perfect

Overall, we loved this house! It looked exactly like the photos—spacious, clean, and with plenty of parking. The view was absolutely beautiful, and we really enjoyed our time here. Just a few tips for future guests: consider bringing extra washcloths, dish towels, and K-Cups for the coffee maker.One note about check-in, we’re used to receiving details at least a day in advance, but for this stay, we didn’t get the information until we reached out about 30 minutes before arrival. The host did respond and reminded us that check-in was at 4 p.m., which we already knew, but having the details earlier would’ve made for a smoother arrival.That said, we had a great stay and would definitely consider booking again!

That was something we did not provide until after the house was finished being cleaned and inspected Whenever y’all had called for earlier check in we insured you as soon as the home was ready to go we will give you a call with the digital door code. We did our best to get you in as early as we can, but would doing everything that we needed to do For your stay.
