These requests can be perfectly in luxury holiday home implement "far-sighted" because it offers not only a modern and high-quality equipment, but is also just 200 meters from a sandy beach.

The house is very well equipped and offers 140m² of space for up to 6 people and 1 infant and therefore can ideally be used by families, couples or befriended couples.

An open, to detail crafted with love living area invites by cozy Sofa and armchair sets to relax and linger. A direct access to the terrace is also in the living area. Depending on the Sun, you can choose your favorite place in the outdoor area, because by a beach chair, sunloungers and a second terrace, you have a lot of choices! A grill for a tasty barbecue on warm summer evenings is available also.

Also in the living room is the comfortable and well-equipped, open kitchen with large dining area, so you do not have to give up the company of your loved ones also in the preparation of tasty meals. Should the weather not even be optimal, provide flat-screen TV with DVD player, a music system, a collection of books and free Wi-Fi for media entertainment. Three separate bedrooms, which have each been equipped with a high-quality box-spring bed, ensure pleasant and restful night.

During the colder seasons, it is with the heater and the underfloor heating Warm up while wellness enthusiasts can look forward to the generously appointed sauna with adjoining waterfall shower! The ground floor has an additional shower room, so you can enjoy plenty of space and comfort even at maximum occupancy.

A private, lockable room is available in the garage for parking bicycles or sports equipment.

alles war ganz wunderbar

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich toll. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. In dem Haus fehlt es an nichts, auch die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Wir haben einen wundervollen und entspannten Urlaub verbracht und werden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben die Tage in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Alles blitzesauber. Das gesamte Haus ist geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtet. In der Umgebung gibt es unzählige wunderschöne Möglichkeiten, die Urlaubstage zu füllen. Wer einen erholsamen Urlaub machen möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben!

Sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt. Bequeme Betten, super ausgestattete Küche, es war einfach alles da, was wir benötigten (auch scharfe Küchenmesser, was wir oft in Ferienwohnungen vermisst haben) Schöne Terrasse mit gepflegtem Garten. Modernes und Top eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Super schönes und Top eingerichtetes Ferienhaus Weitblick in Wackerballig. Wir waren zu Fünf und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Draußen wie drinnen lässt es sich gut aushalten. Da sich das Wetter plötzlich zu unseren Gunsten veränderte, hatten wir kein Interesse die Sauna auszuprobieren. Bei kälteren Wetter hätten wir sie gerne genutzt. Die Küche ist mit allem erdenklichen Komfort ausgestattet, toll was es alles gibt und wie gut ein neuer moderner Herd funktionieren kann. Die Schlafzimmer können jeweils gut als Rückzugsort genutzt werden und zum Schlafen sowieso. 2 schön gestaltete Bäder mit toller Duschnische waren für uns 5 Personen ideal. Die Nähe zum Strand und zu vielen Radwegen ist optimal und die Eindrücke auf den Strecken waren sehr schön. Der Ort bzw die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und nach hinten raus nur noch Feld. Der Blick zur Ostsee wird leider durch einen Baum verdeckt, dabei hat das Haus ein sehr schönes Panoramafenster, doch die Möwen und das Meeresrauschen ist zu hören. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut mit dem Fahrrad/Auto erreichbar. Rundherum viele Regionale Produkte vom Hof und verschiedenste Restaurants. Alles in allen sehr zu empfehlen.

Geräumiges Haus mit hochwertiger Einrichtung

Das Haus ist mit 140 qm sehr großzügig geschnitten und vor allem das große, helle Schlafzimmer oben ist absolut umwerfend. Die Einrichtung inkl. der Elektrogeräte ist sehr hochwertig. Die Dekorationen sind geschmackvoll und nicht aufdringlich. Die Betten sehr bequem. Wir sind zu zweit angereist, es waren in allen drei Schlafzimmern alle Betten bezogen. Das möchte ich hervorheben, denn oft haben wir erlebt, dass wir zwar in zwei Schlafzimmern Betten beziehen lassen konnten, aber es wirkt einfach nicht gut, wenn beim Doppelbett nur eine Seite einen Bezug hat. Außerdem möchte ich die nette und kulante Agentur Designer Tours positiv erwähnen. Wir hatten einen Trauerfall in der Familie und konnten unseren Aufenthalt problemlos um einen Tag verschieben. Wir haben schon über einen zweiten Aufenthalt nachgedacht.

Wir haben uns von Anfang bis zum Ende wie zu Hause gefühlt

Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit über wie zu Hause gefühlt. Besonders haben wir uns am Anfang über einen Essensgutschein gefreut, den wir netterweise als kleines Wiederkommer-Geschenk bekommen haben. Hier wollen wir auf jeden Fall wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen - schön wäre es natürlich, wenn das norddeutsche Wetter nächstes Mal wieder mitspielen würde.
