The condo is very nice, modern, clean and in good condition. Parking is easy and if you want access to the train, it is very convenient. The "patio" is very small so only 2 people can sit outside at once and you are looking over the parking lot and the neighbors so that was unfortunate because the weather was lovely and we wanted to be outside. The only other downside is that the surrounding neighborhood/area is not so great and you are not close to much of anything so you have to drive or take the train to go anywhere.

Lovely condo, very well appointed. We had to really search for extra trash bags but that was the only tiny issue. I did email the host to ask if we could check in a half hour early but they did not respond. Great stay overall.

The condo was beautifully decorated and very well equipped. There was access to an attached garage for us to park. It was such a convenience to be close to the light rail train which runs to Denver very frequently.I would highly recommend this condo.

Really nice unit, very clean and well appointed.We stayed here for our son’s wedding and it was very convenient for all the spread out events. Only complaint was that the air conditioning did not cool the bedrooms well.

The condo was perfect for us! Very clean and spacious. Central to all of our activities. Our only complaint is the beds. Very uncomfortable; needless to say, did not sleep well.

Red Rocks Concert

The property was excellent and perfect for getting to a Red Rocks concert. Also, it was within walking distance of the Light Rail to both Denver and Golden. All in all, it was a wonderful experience.

We had a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities and many extras including coffee, tea, sweeteners, honey and spices. The bathrooms were also stocked with plenty of towels and paper products. The location worked well for us. We went to Ft.Collins, Breckenridge, Colorado Springs (Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods) and Red Rocks. The check in was super easy, there was great communication from the owner and it was in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic! Great location. Comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen and baths. You also get to use the garage. We stayed for a quick trip to Red Rocks and Golden. Both are very close.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at this home! It was very clean. There was great communication with the property manager to assist us with getting in.
