Enjoy this luxurious oasis with large spaces and utmost elegance. Located in a quiet neighbourhood just 8 minutes from the strip, this home will bring you the privacy and relaxation you need after a day of activities. It's a one level ranch style home with a master bedroom with ensuite and his/her closet, a double bedroom with with private ensuite, and two additional bedrooms, all with premium bedding and TVs. The amenities include a multi room music system, exercise equipment, Bosch appliances, Weber grill, electronic bidets and EV charger. In the backyard you will find a heated pool, hot tub, natural grass, large trees, a putting green, basketball area, ping pong table, mist system, water fountain, multiple lounge areas, and a large table, among the many features. In addition, we provide folding bed and air mattress.
Pool heating in winter season (November 15 to March 15) is optional for $60 activation + $30/day (charged for the entire stay). Th rest of the year the pool heating is included. The spa heating is also complementary all year round.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

What a great property. Very quiet and private. Had everything we needed. Loved the nespresso machine. Very easy to use. The putting area was a hit. The pool was perfect for our stay. Our family was amazed at how private the location was, given how close it was to the strip. We will stay here again.

We booked this property for a month and it really became a home! It was spacious, well equipped and very well looked after. The house as super helpful on the few occasions we had need to contact him, but they were few and far between. Amenities were great!!

Almost perfect

To myself and my family, we always enjoy the comforts and privacy of a home versus a hotel. We had lots of clean space in this home! Only things missing were the “heated pool” and useable kitchen utensils. And could have done with trash cans in all bedrooms and bathrooms. Overall, it was a GREAT property and would recommend to anyone traveling to the Vegas area.

Hi Sarah, thanks for the feedback. We checked after you left and noticed the pool heater was turned off during your stay, and I’m sorry for that. I was a phone call away to fix the issue. I checked the drawers and could not find any missing kitchen utensils. I’m sorry about the missing trash cans. We added trash cans in the one bathroom and in all bedrooms. Regards, Anton.

Weekend trip

House is amazing high-end finishes and great pool and backyard in easy and quiet location. My only gripe is not being able to park in the garage, but the circle driveway is good I just like my car indoors is all. Not a negative just a personal thing

I'm an avid mountain biker, and the trails around Las Vegas are simple amazing, great for hiking and biking, from beginner to expert. The views are breathtaking. I love the contrast of the busy life in the strip and the the surreal silence and beauty of the mountains.

This property is built on a 1/2 acre land in a rural zone, which gives you absolute privacy. It is located 12 minutes from the strip and 15 minutes from the mountains.

What makes this property unique

This is a one level house located in a quite neighborhood not far from the Strip. It has plenty of spaces for entertaining and and a beautiful backyard.
