with south-facing terrace and individual closed garage in the basement, in the heart of the village and 60m from the slopes and 10m from a supermarket.
It consists on the ground floor:
- a large living room of 50 m2 with dining area that can accommodate 4 to 10 guests,
- an open kitchen equipped with a central island with induction hob on which you can eat for 6 people, a dishwasher, a traditional oven, a microwave, a large refrigerator and a 3-drawer freezer, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, a multifunction food processor, raclette, fondue, waffle and croque-monsieur machines.
- a living room equipped with a large flat screen (TNT, Chromecast box, DVD player), Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth speaker.
- A master bedroom with a 160*200 bed and opens into a private shower room. The shower is entirely decorated with mosaics, a jet shower and a bench.
- A laundry room with separate toilets completes this first floor. It contains a 9kg washing machine and an 11kg dryer.
Upstairs: you have two bedrooms and a bathroom.
- The first has a double bed (160*200) and the second has 2 twin single beds (90*200). Each is equipped with a flat screen TV with Chromecast and large cupboards/wardrobes.
- The bathroom is equipped with a large bathtub and a heated towel rail, a hairdryer and a toilet.
- A large closed garage of 26m2 completes this rental as well as a private ski locker and a common room with ski boot dryer and warmer, all on the ground floor of the residence.
The apartment is not recommended for babies and young children (open staircase).
