Great family vacation. Condo large enough for family master bedroom opposite end from guests rooms. Clean and provided tons of linens and beach towels and beach accessories like boogie boards and umbrella and sand toys.

Daytona vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 402 Opus. The condo was as nice as depicted in the photos. Fully stocked, relaxing bed and loved the balcony. This would be the place to go for your Daytona beach stay

Wonderful place

Beautifully appointed condo with a view of the ocean. They thought of everything with excellent communication and 2 binders full of information. Would definitely stay again!

Family Trip

Condo was very nice with plenty of amenities. I was worried about the view since the balcony was side facing and you could see the ocean just fine. The view was beautiful. Would definitely stay there again.

2024 beach trip

The amenities in this condo are amazing. Its on the quieter side of Daytona Beach Shores. Walking distance from plenty of stores and restaurants.

Spectrum now has customers access their cable through an app on the Smart TV which we include instructions for in your guest portal but it's all pre-downloaded and logged into so that it's quick for guests to access.

Wish the pool was available

I was so excited about booking a family vacation I didn't realize the pool to our condo was out of service. Other than pool being out of service our condo was fantastic #402.

I'm sorry you didn't notice that pool was closed when you booked but thank you for acknowledging that we do include this information in the listing description. We also send an amenity closure email to guests immediately after booking and have them confirm that aware just as an extra step. So glad you all still had a great time!

The place was very nice…clean, quiet and very well stocked. It was a perfect home away from home for us for the week. The unit was beautiful and very well maintained. Beds were comfy. The had a great supply of beach items for use. The building was quiet and elevators were quick, never had to wait long for them. Only complaint is there weren’t a lot of lounge chairs at the pool and they would fill up fast/ but you have that at a lot of places. The beach was nice and flat.. high tide made it a little hard with having cars driving up and down the beach but that was a cool experience. The Location was perfect for us, there was a putt putt place right across the street with live baby gators, restaurants and shops close by. The boardwalk was less than 10 minutes away. If I were to come back to Daytona Beach I would stay here again for sure. Thank you for having us we had a great time!

This complex does allow dogs but only for owners adn the dogs go through an approval process from the board. The HOA does not allow guests to have dogs and so we must also follow their rules.

Not a bad place to get away.

Check in was easy however the garage door opener did not work and there were no parking spots outside so we had to wait until someone came out before we could get in. I called the after hours multiple times with no repo se until the next day via email. Once we were parked we could not leave until another opener was provided the next day. The couch was filled with nerds as was the floor but other than that it was a great location with easy beach access

We wish we could have earned all 5 of your stars since it sounds like you all had a wonderful time! The HOA was replacing the garage remotes during your stay but the old remotes did work in the meantime, you just needed to be very close to the receiver. Even still, the next morning we brought you one of the new remotes we just received from the HOA that morning and even delivered it to you in person.
