Villa La Rogaia is located in a panoramic position in the middle of nature above Lake Trasimeno in Umbria, on the border with Tuscany, near Cortona, Perugia, Assisi.

Are you looking for a smart apartment in Umbria for 2 to 3 people? Maybe for your honeymoon? Or for a family with 1 child? Do you love light and clear shapes? Then we recommend our apartment 'La Pipo' (45 sqm) for 2 - 3 people in the small holiday home of La Rogaia: The white marble apartment with kitchen and one bedroom is flooded with light all day. It has a generous effect due to the merging, high rooms, the colors white and blue dominate. The kitchenette is made of a large solid Carrara marble block, as are the wash basin and shower tray. From the bedroom terrace (south side) the view over the pool in the Mediterranean garden with fragrant roses and herbs on meadows, lavender fields and olive groves. We have also set up a small seat in front of the kitchen (north side) so that you can always find a sunny or shady seat outside in front of your apartment. Pets are welcome!

In Villa La Rogaia there are a total of six apartments for two to six people (some accessible, wheelchair accessible) for rent. All apartments are designed with lovely details: natural stone floors, sinks or marble kitchenettes, open fireplaces, works of art, flowers and a welcome basket.

The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with a pool. Own terraces, seats and gardens all apartments allow undisturbed rest. Pets are welcome.
The house is in the middle of nature approx. 4 km from Castel Rigone near Passignano s. T. removed. We also offer wellness, hiking, health weeks and creative courses.
