The villa has beautiful mountain views and its own private pool. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature.



This characteristic villa offers space for 10 people with 5 bedrooms and is therefore perfectly suitable for a stay with family or friends. The exterior of this spacious holiday home is authentic in white and a lot of wood and the whole is located on a spacious plot with lots of privacy. The location of the villa offers many advantages; on the one hand in and with a view of the Giant Mountains and Cesky Raj, on the other hand with the necessary facilities and possibilities for excursions within reach. What makes a summer stay in this special holiday home extra attractive is the presence of a (heated!) private swimming pool. After all, nothing is better than starting the day with a few laps in your own pool - or to cool off in it after a well-spent summer day! This holiday villa is also equipped with all modern conveniences. Oven, microwave and dishwasher speak for themselves and of course 'cooking' outside on the terrace is also possible with the spacious barbecue. In the comfortably furnished living room you can relax together with the cozy warmth of the fireplace.



The area offers plenty of opportunities for fun day trips in the area. Think of an extensive climbing and clambering course, a castle, a ruin of a Gothic castle, a bobsleigh track and walking routes in all shapes and sizes, for example in NP Cesky Raj. Do you fancy a day at the zoo with the kids? At 22 km you will find Safari Dvůr Králové, highly recommended! Be surprised by an off-road safari tour or find your way through the African wilderness. For beach fun you can go to the Dolce beach in Trutnov (20 km) and during your winter holiday you can visit the ski area Vrchlabi, Špindlerův Mlyn or Janske Lazne 15 km away. The supermarket is not far, it is only 5 kilometers away. However, with the comfort, the wonderful atmosphere and the unique location of this charming villa, it is almost a shame to be on the road too much!

Fijn rustig gelegen vakantiehuis

Een fijn compleet vakantiehuis met een fijne tuin met veel privacy en heerlijk een zwembad. Goed uitgeruste keuken, voldoende opbergruimte in het huis en mooi sanitair. Leuk zijn de spelletjes in de mand en de boekenkast vol Nederlandse boeken. De stressless fauteuils waren bij onze pubers erg populair-) We hadden veel last van wespen, o.a in de keuken.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit fijne vakantiehuis.

Hoewel het weer niet echt tropisch te noemen was, was het zwembad heerlijk. Het huisje was van alle gemakken voorzien. De douches liepen de eerste dag niet goed door en we hadden een wespennest onder de kap. Beide problemen werden super snel en netjes opgelost. Een wasmachine is altijd fijn als je wat langer van huis bent en er waren ontzettend veel (Nederlandse) boeken in de boekenkast. De directe omgeving was heel rustig, de supermarkt toch niet te ver weg en op wat langere afstand was er veel te doen en te zien. Kortom: prima bestemming voor een weekje zomervakantie.

Het huis is ruim opgezet in de keuken is echt alles aanwezig wat je nodig heb .beneden een toilet en boven een toilet en 2 badkamers een met douche en bad en de anderen alleen douche.de bedden slapen echt heerlijk .buiten een groot terras met een prachtig uitzicht een mooie grote tuin en goed verwarmd zwembad.Er waren bij aankomst 2 kleine wespennesten en de tv deed het niet we hebben dit doorgeven en die zelfde dag stond er een nieuwe tv en werden de wespennesten verwijderd .

Genoten van deze prachtige woning met veel ruimte

We hebben met ons hele gezin genoten van alle ruimte, het zwembad, de rust en de mooie omgeving! De communicatie met Jellie verliep voorspoedig, altijd snelle terugkoppeling op onze vragen. De kinderen hebben genoten van het zwembad en toen het na een paar dagen winderig werd, zorgde de kap ervoor dat het niet te koud werd. Helemaal super!

Das Haus und Grundstück sind gepflegt und es lässt sich dort gut erholen. Im Sommer wenn der Poll genutzt werden kann ist es bestimmt noch viel toller.

Sehr schönes Objekt in hervorragender Lage. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts und auch im Außenbereich ist alles vorhanden (Grill, Pool, Liegen). Alles in allem war es für uns ein gelungener Urlaub.

super entspannt gelegen das Objekt, sehr geräumig auch für mehr als 7 Personen, Bäder super neu

Das Haus ist in einem Super Zustand, es fehlt an nichts Jeder kann sich zurückziehen wenn er möchte. Im Sommer gut Möglichkeit dort Urlaub zu machen Danke für den freundlichen empfang und den Tipps für Essen und Trinken

Schönes, gemütliches und großes Haus mit tollem Blick

Wir kommen gern wieder und waren alle sehr zufrieden. Das Haus bietet jede menge Platz für 10 Personen + Kleinkinder. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und zugänglich.

Super schönes Ferienhaus, hier fehlt wirklich nichts!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen. Hier passt wirklich Alles. Die gut ausgestattete Küche mit dem großen Essplatz lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zur normalen Kaffeemaschine gab es sogar noch eine Tabmaschine. Leider konnten wir nirgends Kaffeetabs zu kaufen finden. Im liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnzimmer, mit gemütlichen Couchgarnituren und Relaxsesseln und dem großem Kamin kann man Abends herrlich ausruhen. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit hochwertigen Betten ausgestattet und die Schrankwände aus Holz sind praktisch und passen wunderbar ins Bild. Das beheizte Schwimmbad wurde von uns oft spät am Abend noch genutzt und war einfach super. Von der gepflegten Terrasse hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht und auch der Gartengrill wurde von uns oft benutzt. Das Haus liegt ausserhalb in einer Ferienanlage, aber dennoch ziemlich zentral. In einer knappen Stunde haben wir viele schöne Ziele in allen Richtungen erreicht. Wir haben hier einen wundervollen Familienurlaub verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden.
