Beautiful, comfortable 3-room apartment (approx. 68sqm, 2nd floor, penthouse) with a cozy roof loggia. Extensively equipped kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a room with two single beds (stackable) and a large living room with sofa bed. Bathroom with bathtub and extra shower.
Lake Constance and the Friedrichshafen lido can be reached in a few minutes' walk (400m air line, approx. 8 minutes), the Lake Constance cycle path almost directly on the doorstep.
Convenient location: bus (almost in front of the door), train stop FN district office and shops (max. 10 min.) Easily accessible on foot, grocery store in the immediate vicinity (200m, approx. 5 min.).

Es war alles super. Wohnung und Küche mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht.In der Garage war Platz für unsere Fahrräder und unsere Koffer wurden die Treppen hoch und wieder runtergetragen (wir sind Ü 60 ). Sehr liebe Gastgeber, wir wurden sogar mit frischen Pflaumen aus dem Garten versorgt. Vielen Dank

Schöne 3 Zimmerwohnung im 2. Stock. In ein paar Minuten ist der Bodensee/ Strandbad zu Fuß erreichbar. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in Friedrichshafen und der Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit der Familie der Vermietung, die im selben Haus wohnen insgesamt sehr offen und hatte für uns ein familiäres Flair. Es waren auch ausreichend Spiele vorhanden, um die Regentage angenehm zu verbringen. ;-)

Tolle Fewo bei gaanz lieben Vermietern

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und geräumig. Die Vermieter haben sie sehr persönlich und hübsch eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so benötigt. Ganz in der Nähe ist ein Rewe, in der Umgebung sind diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Bodensee dauert es per Rad ca 5 Minuten. Schöne Promenade. Man kann in alle Richtungen Ausflüge unternehmen. Wenn das Wetter mal nicht passt, gibt es Museen für Jung und Alt. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

super séjour en famille/toller Familienaufenthalt

Appartement très bien équipé pour un séjour en famille. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le lac Constance est à 5 min à pied et le port est à 20 min. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la région./ / Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet für einen Familienaufenthalt. Wir wurden sehr gut aufgenommen. Der Bodensee ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und der Hafen in 20 Minuten. Wir haben die Gegend wirklich genossen.

Super Ferienwohnung für Familien

Die Wohnung ist schön hell, liegt fußläufig zum Bodensee. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt in der Nachbarschaft mit einem Bäcker und die Busverbindungen in die Innenstadt sind sehr gut. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Dachterrasse würde ich eher als Balkon bezeichnen aber er ist groß genug um zu viert darauf zu frühstücken und parallel die Badesachen zu trocken. Er ist auch überdacht und so konnten wir selbst bei Regen draußen frühstücken. Die Lage der Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock im Haus, in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Die Vermieter sind super nett und freundlich. Es muss wirklich, außer den persönlichen Sachen, nichts mitgebracht werden.

Schöne, ruhige Lage, Gute Verkehrsverbindungen

Schöne kleine Dachwohnung, mit kleiner Dachterrasse, ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem gute Verkehrsverbindung, 20min zu Fuß bis zum Hafen. In der Nähe eine REWE Markt und Bäcker. Ein kleiner Tipp, gleich in der Nähe am Strandbad ein sehr sehr guter Italiener! Sehr nette Vermieter.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Sehr nette Vermieter, die im Haus wohnen und eine perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung ( Bettwäsche, Handtücher ,Toilettenpapier etc.). Ein Parkplatz war vor dem Haus im öffentlichen Bereich immer zu finden. Ein Supermarkt war direkt um die Ecke. Wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit und würden es immer wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Schöne, moderne Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Sie liegt in einer guten Wohngegend, Supermarkt und Bäcker gleich um die Ecke. Wir sind mit der Bahn angereist.....die Wohnung liegt 2 km vom Bahnhof entfernt, ist jedoch sehr gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Die Vermieter, die mit im Haus wohnen, sind super nett, komplikationslos und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und 2 tolle Wochen am Bodensee verbracht. Auf jeden Fall würden wir diese Wohnung weiter empfehlen und werden bestimmt wieder buchen, wenn wir nochmal in die Gegend kommen.

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen

Von Beginn an haben wir uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für vier Personen, ist gemütlich und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Die fußläufige Entfernung zum Strandbad und zur Innenstadt ist ein besonderer Pluspunkt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern bei der Abwicklung und später vor Ort war sehr angenehm, freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können die Wohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Schön.... und gemütlich!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und Larissa und Jürgen sind einfach super freundlich und unkompliziert. Wenn es frei gewesen wäre, hätten wir gleich fürs nächste Jahr reserviert. ;-)
