The main house (with guest house together approx. 160 sqm) has an open floor plan with an open kitchen with small. Counter, dining area and sunken fireplace - living area that opens onto the covered terrace, which offers a breathtaking view of the sea, which is located about 20m below the house.
Above all, the house offers pure peace and relaxation, if you look at the sea on the terrace in the comfortable loungers, let your mind wander or swim or snorkel in the crystal-clear water - it is ideal.
The main house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms heated, one of them ensuite and a small utility room with washing machine.
There is an outside shower with a view over the sea where you can take a shower after swimming on the beach of Cala Anguilla, 300m from the house, with fine sand and crystal clear water.
If the sea is calm, you can also go down the steps in front of the house
swim to the sea and from there to the pirate cave or to the beach.
However, this is only suitable for experienced swimmers in the sea and in calm seas. we also recommend bathing shoes. the 3 minutes away Cala Anguilla offers safe swimming and bathing fun on the fine sandy gently sloping beach.
Between the main house and the guest house there is a palm garden and a large BBQ grill made of natural stones.

The house is not suitable for small children!

The guest house (approx. 54 sqm) has a wonderful view over the sea, which you can enjoy from the living room through the large sliding glass doors that open onto the covered, sheltered terrace.
