Por tercer año, este apartamento excepcionalmente lujoso está disponible para alquilar.
Piscina privada y acceso al mar.
Este apartamento ha sido amueblado de forma moderna. El suelo de mármol blanco cautiva con los colores azules del mar.
El apartamento tiene 180 m2, 2 habitaciones dobles, una de ellas con baño en suite, cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, cocina, horno, lavadora, microondas, cafetera dolce gusto, hervidor de agua ...

Amplio salón-comedor con TV satélite. Todas las habitaciones también tienen TV de pantalla plana vía satélite.

Superb Relaxing Holiday

The property was as advertised with spectacular views, and walking distance to Porto Cristo which had top quality restaurants. We would recommend if you’re seeking a quiet base to explore the east cost of Majorca, this is it.

A beautiful property with a stunning view

This is a really spacious, well equipped and comfortable property. The outside space is massive with plenty of loungers and a fantastic sofa area. The view is just gorgeous and the big windows bring the view into the house. The kitchen is great with really easy access to an outside table. Good beds and bathrooms. Jaime was a delightful host and there were no downsides to sharing the building.

Incredible view

This property is located in an amazing area right outside of Porto Cristo. The views of the lighthouse and sea are incredible. The house is well equipped with comfortable furniture and kitchen appliances. Some of the dishwasher was dirty but with a dishwasher, was an easy fix. There was a small plumbing issue when we arrived, but Jaime quickly responded and solved the problem. Great place!!

Absolute perfection

Where to begin? It was a very special stay. Jaime is a wonderful host. He is incredibly sweet and helpful. The house is incredibly situated and has a beautiful deck and pool overlooking the ocean and port. The house is well designed and cared for, living inside or out which was lovely. The location is quiet where you can just listen to the wind and surf, yet so close to Porto Cristo. Already thinking of when to come back.

Einfach nur toll

Wir kamen zu früh am Objekt an. Das war jedoch kein Problem, obwohl die Putzfrauen noch am werkeln waren. Jaime kam sofort zum Apartment und begrüßte uns, zeigte uns alles und wir waren sofort begeistert. Es ist alles wie beschrieben. Die Gegend ist total ruhig, einfach perfekt zum entspannen. Man ist trotzdem in 10-15 Minuten zum Hafen gelaufen, wo man Bars und Restaurants findet. Im März ist das Angebot noch etwas begrenzt. Alle Zimmer haben Klimaanlage und für kältere Tage oder Nächte auch Heizung. Jaime ist ein super netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der jederzeit ansprechbar war.Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Genuss pur!

Mit etwas Skepsis waren wir angereist, ob wirklich alles der Beschreibung entsprechen würde. Jaime empfing uns schon sehr freundlich am Tor. Und dann kam das Staunen : Tolle Lage, super Aussicht und absolut ruhig gelegen. Also beste Voraussetzungen, um zu relaxen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben das Frühstück jedoch meistens draußen am Pool mit Meeresrauschen im Hintergrund genossen. Mittags oder abends waren die Lokale im Hafen fußläufig in 20 Minuten zu erreichen oder es wurde in der gut ausgestatteten Küche gekocht. ( eher seltener 😊) Also : 5 Sterne plus sind gerechtfertigt!

Traumhafte Lage

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser tollen Wohnung verbracht. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist unbeschreiblich schön. In 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß direkt in Portocristo. Der Pool ist toll, die Wohnung sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Vermieter Jaime ist sehr freundlich und hat jederzeit ein offenes Ohr für Fragen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Most amazing Oasis on the Sea!

We have travelled quite a bit and rented many vacation properties, globally. We have never experienced such a kind, heartfelt and accommodating host, as we did with Jaime. We instantly connected the first time we met him. The property is in an EXQUISITE location placed on the edge of the sea. The very large windows bring the beautiful view into the living space. We enjoyed a few days on the inviting deck listening to the roar of the waves hit the rocks. We have awesome memories of this oasis on the sea and can't wait to return to this beautiful property and to Porto Cristo. Thanks for making our vacation in Mallorca so enjoyable, Jaime.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in bester Lage

Wir durften 2 Wochen bei super Wetter in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung in TOP Lage, mit guter Ausstattung, sehr freundlichen Vermietern und super Aussicht auf das Meer und die Zufahrt zum Hafen von Porto Christo verbringen. Wünschenswert wäre eine Anpassung des Küchengeschirrs für die Wohnungsbelegung für bis zu 4 Personen, die ausreichende Bereitstellung von Hand- und Pooltüchern zum möglichen Wechsel innerhalb der 2 Wochen Aufenthaltszeit sowie eine Klimatisierung des Wohn- und Esszimmerbereiches. Wir haben dennoch einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung von Nuria und Jaime verbracht und uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Gern würden wir einen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung wiederholen!!!

Amazing views

We loved this house! It felt like being ”one” with the ocean and heaven! Waking up and just go outside and enyoy breakfast sitting on the terrace watching the ships passing by and the day turning in to afternoon. Porto Cristo is just a short walk away and we can recommend a nice reataurant called “Roland” . A lovely week Thank you Jaimeee

Perfekt zum Entschleunigen

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Apartment bei Jaime erleben dürfen. Es ist genauso wie die Fotos es vermitteln. Ein wunderbarer Blick auf das Meer. Zusammen mit dem Leuchtturm einfach malerisch. Ein Apartment welches sehr schön eingerichtet ist, hochwertig und in einem edlen hellen Stil. Ein traumhafter Außenbereich: ein wunderbarer Pool, viel Platz und eine überdachte Lounge, die einfach einlädt zum verweilen, zum träumen und entspannen. Das nahe Hafenstädtchen Porto Christo ist idyllisch und bietet tolle Restaurants und einen der schönsten Häfen, die wir kennen. Jaime und seine Familie sind wunderbare, freundliche und entspannte Gastgeber. Es war immer sehr anregend hier und da mal einen kleinen Plausch zu halten. Dabei ist Jaime sehr zurückhaltend und vermittelt einem das Gefühl, einfach Zuhause und willkommen zu sein. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und die Zeit dort werden wir in allerbester Erinnerung behalten. Und ja - ganz sicher werden wir wieder zurückkehren. Es hat sogar einen Tag geregnet. Aber umso mehr konnten wir das Apartment mit dem aufregenden Ausblick genießen. Das ist ja gerade das Schöne daran: Man ist dort nicht in einem Apartment was man "ertragen" muss, wenn das Wetter nicht mitspielt, sondern, man darf es erleben, genießen und sich wohl fühlen. Die restlichen Tage hatten wir traumhaftes Wetter. Meinen Leidenschaften "Fotografie und Schreiben" konnte ich in diesem Ambiente perfekt nachgehen. Fazit: Wer entspannen möchte vom Alltag, wer einfach eine Auszeit haben will, wer Sehnsucht nach Frieden und Ruhe hat, wer sich entschleunigen und träumen will, der findet im Apartment von Jaime den idealen Ort dafür. In der Lounge sitzen, ein Glas Rotwein genießen und den Blick über das Meer schweifen lassen, da erscheinen die sonst ach so großen Sorgen auf einmal klein und unbedeutend. Um es mit Goethe zu sagen: "Hier bin ich Mensch. Hier darf ich's sein.

Traumurlaub in einer der schönsten Ferienwohnung der Welt

Wir haben die Wohnung im Juni 2020 für 2 Wochen gemietet. Die Wohnung ist fantastisch. Sie ist super ausgestattet sehr hohe Qualität und sehr schön mit liebe in moderner Art eingerichtet. Aber das beste an der Wohnung ist die grosseTerrasse mit einem wunderschönen Pool. Von der Terrasse hat man einem atemberaubenden Meerblick wo man morgens den Sonnenaufgang bewundern kann. Mit Worten kaum zu beschreiben. Es ist noch schöner wie auf den Fotos gezeigt wird . Es war für uns der schönste Urlaub den wir je hatten. Wir können es zu 100 Prozent weiter empfehlen. Eine Sache noch zum Vermieter weil das muss man einfach erwähnen. Ein super netter toller Mensch. Er ist immer da kümmert sich um alles. Bei fragen hat er immer ein offenes Ohr. Wir freuen uns schon bald wieder in der Wohnung zu sein und Jaime mittlerweile ein Freund geworden wieder zu sehen. Macht eure eigene Erfahrung aber wir sind mehr wie begeistert.

Alles SUPER!!! Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder!!!

Wir haben unsere Ferienwoche in der super schönen Wohnung in dem wunderschönen, ruhig gelegenen Haus sehr genossen! Alles sah genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist super, ruhig und trotzdem ist man in 5 Minuten zu Fuss im Supermarkt und in 10 Minuten im Dorf Portocristo. Jaime und seine Frau sind toll, er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns super Tips bezüglich Essen usw. gegeben! Wir würden sofort wieder gehen...gerne wären wir noch länger geblieben!

This house is in one word a DREAM! It has everything to make your holiday unforgettable; an incredibly beautiful view, a big private pool, luxury outside & inside furniture, a lot of space outside & inside the house, all windows can be opened so even when you sit inside you feel like you are outside, well equipped kitchen, nice bedrooms with good beds to sleep in, 2 modern bathrooms, wifi, television in each room... The house is situated in a nice and very quiet neighborhood and is close to the 'center' of Porto Christo with it's nice restaurants. Also some beautiful beaches in the neighborhood. And last but not least...the owner Jaime...he is very friendly, answers really quick if you have a question and is very helpful if you need some help/advice. If you are looking at this apartment, don't hesitate one second...better than this you'll never find!!! We definitely will come back! Thanks Jaime!!!

Wahnsinnsblick und super Vermieter

Einen solchen Blick haben wir noch nirgends erlebt! Ich bin täglich zum Leuchtturm gegangen und habe das Meer genossen. Der Vermieter ist ein total netter Kerl, der perfekt Deutsch spricht und wie ein Freund für uns war. Hoffentlich schaffen wir es nochmal wiederzukommen :-) Muchas Gracias y hasta que el dia!

Beautiful property, fantastic stay!

There were 4 adults in our party and we stayed 1 week. The house is situated on such a beautiful location, we loved the morning sun rises. Jaime provided us with restaurant and touring recommendations and we managed to visit them all during our week and were never disappointed. I would strongly recommend this property for those who are interested in a quite serene surrounding and perfect hosts! We will definitely return here when we visit Mallorca again!
