DETAILS: Enjoy Gulf views and an unbelievable resort-style pool at 71 Dolphin St. This 8-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom Destin home sleeps 20 and, in addition to a swim-up bar, has a game room, rooftop deck, Gulf views, and is walking distance to beach access.

On the first floor, guests may choose between 2 guest bedrooms: One offers a king bed, a private bathroom with shower, the other is a bunk room with 2 queen-over-queen bunk beds and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The bunk room shares a bathroom with a shower only. A game room with billiards, a wet bar, and a foosball table opens to an incredible backyard courtyard. A covered outdoor kitchen with a premium grill, wine chillers, bar, and flat-screen TV provides a fun place to unwind and keep tabs on the game room and the pool. The private pool will take your vacation to the next level! A waterfall fountain spills into a spa on one side, and a swim-up table and bench seats create a little nook on the other side. In between is a pavilion that houses a sunken wet bar with 2 flat-screen TVs and a swim-up bar with seats. A large swimming area and sun shelf provide tons of space for splashing or getting in a few laps.

Sophisticated dark brown and light metals mix with warm woods and rich leather furnishings in the open living, kitchen, and dining area on the second floor. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door open to a covered porch with a dining table and pool views. Separating the living and dining area is a kitchen with premium appliances and a double-sided island with a marble countertop, 2 sinks, and built-in dishwashers and oven. 2 dining tables with seating for 24 enjoy views through a sliding glass door to a balcony overlooking the neighborhood. Off the dining area is a guest bedroom with a king bed, private access to the balcony, and a twin-over-twin bunk bed leading to a private bathroom with a shower.
