The property is beautiful. However, we were disappointed in the fine details, upkeep, and communication. The management team did increase communications near the end of the stay.

Beautiful home, ample space and we just loved all the amenities. I had to reach out to guest services several times and they were very responsive to our needs. We definitely will be keeping this on our booking rounds for the future.

Location

The location was perfect. Just a 3 minute walk to the white sandy beaches. There is a pavilion with restrooms and outdoor showers to rinse and wash off your feet A great coffee shop at the corner. And shopping and restaurants just 1/2 mile away. We really appreciated Katie with ELP (property management)

Wedding weekend

We had a fantastic time at this property for our wedding. We had about 20 people staying at the property and everyone that arrived was super impressed with the home. The manager and services were top notch and helped us with everything during our stay.

Weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time with friends and family here. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a house with a large group. Plenty of room for everyone and the location could not have been any better. 10/10!

Wonderful house for our work retreat

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect house. We were 18 adults staying in the home and it never felt crowded. The location was ideal, the house beautiful and the pool amazing. We ran into a couple of issues during our stay, but the management company did a fantastic job making sure those were addressed.

Fantastic Home

The home was as advertised. Well-maintained and nearly immaculate, all guest were comfortable with the accommodations. We had 25 guest stay in this home and it was enough space for everyone to find a nook for relaxation. The heated pool was refreshing. Only a few steps from the beach, this home gave our guest another outlet for retreat. We would definitely consider staying here again.

This house is simply stunning! 😍

I recently stayed at this breathtaking house in Destin, Florida, and I can't express how wonderful the experience was. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the pictures did not lie—this house is even more stunning in person! The interior was so beautiful that we barely felt the need to leave. The kitchen was drop-dead gorgeous, making every meal a delightful experience. The attention to detail and the luxurious amenities provided made our stay incredibly comfortable. We had everything we needed, including access to bikes which added a fun and convenient way to explore the surroundings. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. If you're looking for a place that combines beauty, comfort, and convenience, look no further. This house in Destin, Florida, is an absolute gem!

40th BIRTHDAY

Not only was the house amazing. Kelly and team. With the management company were also great. We came in with our family. To celebrate a milestone. We had plans to be at crab island everyday. We ended up staying around the house instead. Location is great with plenty shopping and things to do. We rented our boats from double fun 30A. It is within 6 minutes of the house. The beach is literally 5min walk. This trip was fantastic. Thank you ELP!

All the Amenities

Beautiful House! This was a perfect family destination to be virtually self-contained with luxury and a tremendous host of features during Covid. House is highly appointed and has a fantastic pool that takes up most of the rear yard. Great outdoor living area. Most of the house was prepared to accommodate occupancy of 20-25, but unlikely up to 34 (since 2 bunk-rooms yield 16 of that total and do not have sufficient adjacent bathroom capacity). We arrived to find a broken outdoor grill, loose cabinet doors, broken disposer, dirty oven, some plumbing issues and quite a few cleaning issues (not cool to find during a pandemic) that were largely ignored by the management company. Despite these issues, the house afforded us all that we needed and much more to enjoy an awesome vacation destination with some long-lasting memories. Hope they can fix a few things and do some added cleaning to keep this place at the pinnacle of luxury destinations in Destin.

Oasis at Park Row - July 15-22, 2023

Great house and perfect location. Just 45 second ride by bike to the beach or about a 4 minute walk down the street. In mid July, traffic was not bad at all on either Hutchinson St. or Hywy. 98. Location couldn't be better. It was less than 10 minutes to the Publix grocery store, restaurants, gas station, drug stores, etc. The house was perfect for our family of 19, from 66 years old to 7 years old. Everyone had their own space and the 16 place dining table and 3 bars stools worked perfect for us. The kids loved the pool and how close the beach was. Several small items were not working in the house, but didn't take away from the overall experience. Don't let the small things ruin your vacation. Enjoy your friends or family and all the space this house has to offer. Echelon Properties was very responsive when we contacted them about some of the issues we faced. They were also very helpful with general information when we called them. La Dolce Vita who handles the beach set up, golf cart and bikes was also very easy to work with. On our first beach day we added 4 more sets of umbrellas and chairs to make it a total of 5 sets and they had it set up next to each other and provided lots of shade for those who wanted it. Overall we had a great experience and a fantastic vacation. We would go back to this house in a heartbeat!

Luxury and Location combined

We had such a wonderful experience!! The layout and sleeping accommodations were perfect for our family dynamic. The finishes are so beautiful as well. We did have issues with the elevator a few times and the elders would forget to close the slider door which would jam it up, but the management co. were very responsive during our entire stay. I would recommend installing signage in the elevator to remind folks to close it. My sister made signs for us and hung them and we had no more issues after that :). The beds were a bit soft for my liking but great for others. The pillows were nice and I am particular about pillows. They did have small toiletries to get you started in each bathroom. The home was surface cleaned when we arrived, but the floors were really dirty...when you walk barefoot, our feet were black on day one....so I did not go barefoot after that. The home is all tile so its a big job, but that is what gave that category a 4-Star. The biggest downfall was they did not supply enough bath towels and wash cloths to accommodate the 30 guest. Some bathrooms had only 1 towel & one had no towels. The bunk room upstairs actually has 10 bunks vs. 9 but not that many towels for each person to have 1. They should also supply beach towels for the pool area/beach, like you would find in a nice hotel. The kitchen was well appointed with lots of cookware to accommodate large parties...I loved the double kitchen sink and dishwasher set up. I know for our group the sleeping arrangements were the top priority so this is how it broke down for those wondering that may have a large party like we did. The first floor offered a bunk room just adjacent to the front door with 6 bunks. There was also another king bedroom and those all use the same bathroom, so up to 8 guest using the downstairs bath. Then you had one additional king with private bath. The second floor offered 3 king bedrooms, all with private bath (1 of which offered a tub/shower combo & the rest are all tile showers). The 3rd floor had the large bunk room with 8 bunks and 2 twin beds on the side with no bunk above, allowing for 10 to sleep. There was one full bath with tile shower just outside the bunk room, along with the 4 washer/dryers. Then the 2 best master suites were on 3rd floor with the shared balcony overlooking the pool & gorgeous bathrooms. All in all we LOVED it & hope to be back. The location perfect and only 1/2 block to beach and surrounded by shopping!

Luxury Accommodations

An extremely spacious home which easily handled our group of 23 people. At NO time did it ever feel crowded. The house was in perfect condition when it was turned over to us and offered everything we could ask for. The location to the beach was excellent.

Wonderful vacation with family and friends!!

We love this house and it’s location! This was our second year renting it; there were 6 families a total of 26 of us! There’s plenty of space for everyone without feeling crowded. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit and the bikes and golf cart as well!! It’s a short walk to the beautiful white sandy beach and at the end of the street is Camille’s where you can get breakfast/lunch as well as yummy cocktails to go! We hope to return again!!

Pictures don't do it justice

This property was amazing. The pictures don't tell the whole story. We had 14 people in our group and there is so much room for many many more people. The outside space is unbelievable. I would not hesitate to reserve this property again.

Amazing house, awesome location

The house was very big and spacious and super close to the beach. There was enough space for everyone and the pool/outdoor area was great. Maintenance and property management was very attentive to our needs and we had a great vacation!

Amazing home

This house is so beautiful that the pictures don't do it justice. We had 20 men, and it suited our needs perfectly. The bunk room was super nice, the kitchen was very well stocked. Our guys Loved the rec room and outdoor area. I received so many thank yous from them for such nice accommodations. The only negatives were the floors were dirty. They didn't look dirty, but I would wear socks. Parking is tight if you have more than 6 vehicles. Golf cart is nice and can be added. Plenty of areas to relax and the elevator was very useful. I would definitely book this house again. It did not disappoint! Oh, and the host, Kelly, was super nice and attended to all our needs promptly.

Almost Perfect

This is our fourth Family Vacation straight in Destin with a different house. Kelly Moore, Guest Service Manager, Echelon Luxury Properties took it to a different level. The bottle of wine and welcome note (very much appreciated). Jay Seals, Maintenance Technician was there when we checked in and went over important things in the house. I would recommend a repeat for 2022. Kelly and Jay were very attentive to make sure our needs were addressed. The property was beautiful with minor observations/occurrences: 1st Floor: Need step stool to reach dryer. Middle door to pool had to be lifted up to open and close. Was supposed to be fixed. We put a note on the door to not use (problem fixed for us, still needs to be repaired). Still had two other doors to use. 2nd Floor: Hallway entrance step down to bedroom areas is very hazardous. I fell really hard on my knees. Tripped early and several other took missteps there too. Would recommend a rail or some type of signage. Bedroom next to hall bathroom – shower and grout needs thorough cleaning Kitchen – right door on refrigerator needs to be fixed or replace. Have to push hard to make sure it is closed due to alignment. Ice machine did not always produce ice need to be serviced. Kitchen Island chair needs to be fixed or replaced (we moved it to the side). Many lids but no containers. Need to be cleared out and replaced with new set or just throw away. Would also recommend stainless steel cookware. Dishwasher has ruin the outside of the cookware and look horrible but still useable. 3rd Floor – mildew smell – need more dehumidifiers or larger ones. Bunk bedroom either really hot or cold. Master bedroom with black tub – faucet did not work (they were aware). Sinks drain really slow. 4th Floor – beautiful table need umbrella or some type of covering. None of the above kept us from enjoying this beautiful house but if you could fix the minor issues it would be PERFECT. We still rate this house 5 stars

Destin luxury house

The house offers a lot for a large group. Cons: When arriving there was a few things broken. Maintenance said they were in the process of ordering parts. Floors are dirty so bring slippers. I would have liked if the house offered beach towels and crib option. No earlier check ins Pros: Management is fast to respond. Property is gorgeous Music can be played throughout the house The pictures don’t do the house justices. (In person is better) Store is very close by Beach is beautiful The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could think of.
