In the heart of the dynamic and historic Graslin district, one of the most beautiful in Nantes, we have found this beautiful spacious 62m2 apartment for 3.
On the second floor without a lift, you will first discover its large living area with old parquet flooring. You can have your meals there or relax on the lounge side.
In the new and fully equipped kitchen, you will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, an induction hob and a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a Nespresso capsule coffee machine and a toaster will help you start the day well.
On the bedroom side, a beautiful room with a Queen size bed (160/200) and a desk for teleworking are available to you. Finally, in the bathroom, you will find a large shower, a washbasin, and a towel dryer.
Ideally located and well served by public transport, the rental is located at:
- 65 m from the restaurant "Imagine",
- 150 m from the Dobrée Museum,
- 160 m from the Natural History Museum,
- 350 m from the restaurant "La Cigale",
