About this property

Welcome to our lovely property in West Bay Beach. Immerse yourself

Our lovely property is part of new condo development in West Bay, just a very short walk to West Bay Beach 5 to 8 minutes away you will find you self in one of the most beautiful beaches of the caribbean, with sand, calm tide and cristal clear waters. You will be able to enjoy all the fun West Bay has to offer and also enjoy serenity of our condo for the time you will like to just rest away from the crowds.

Our property features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, with all-new architecture finishing giving it that modern touch, the property has a stock kitchen for those who love to cook at home and or just the occasional breakfast. The condo also features A/C in both bedroom and living room/kitchen, hot water, Wi-Fi, Cable T.V.
The living room has a sofa couch that would allow one or two more guests, an outdoor dining area. We also have a communal pool which is private, use only for condo owners and their guests, which makes it a perfect place to relax and refresh on a hot day.

"Please note that electricity consumption will be charged separately during your stay to ensure transparency. At check-in and check-out, we will take pictures of the meter to calculate your usage. Any additional electricity costs will be charged separately. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Thank you for choosing our property!"

Great Location—awful mattresses.

For starters, if you’re anything like me and have a bad back, you won’t want to stay here. Granted, I do have a surgically repaired spine so a good bed is paramount, but I’ve never before experienced worse mattresses in all my years of travel. Even the pullout sofa is miserably hard. The condo itself was small—can barely even walk into the smaller bedroom of the two, but it is very clean and has a spacious kitchen. Any more than two people and you’ll be cramped. TVs in every room is nice, and also has a lovely balcony, although it merely overlooks a dirt parking lot. Wifi works well. The pool is very small only good for soaking, but is nice. A communal grill is a nice touch too. The condo unit is obviously new(ish) and the quality of the construction is great. The location is awesome, as it’s just a few minute walk before you come to the beach just east of west bay beach near Las Rocas resort. The walk is perfectly flat which is nice as many places that aren’t directly on the beach require sometimes quite steep walks up/down the side roads. The property managers are great with communication and assisting with your needs. Again, if an uncomfortable bed isn’t a problem, then this is a great place for the value. However, It would be great if the owners/property managers would invest in getting even average mattresses instead of spending what is almost certainly more money for super obnoxious “smart” trash cans that only seem to open when you walk by, mocking you as you’re usually needing to flail your hands around it when you actually want it to open.
