Villa in dream location with private pool right by the sea

Situated: Fanusa is a small seaside resort with a rocky, accessible coastline and small stretches of sand, located between the more popular seaside resort of Fontane Bianche and the city of Syracuse. This detached house is located directly on the rocky coast, nestled amidst the idyllic and tranquil Fanusa Nature Reserve, with private access to the sea. A small stretch of sandy beach is approximately 500 meters or 900 meters away. The width of the small sandy beach varies depending on the sea conditions.

Accommodation: This property set in a quiet and sea-facing location offers accommodation with simple but adequate furnishings for up to four people.
Few steps lead to a bright and inviting living room with large windows overlooking the garden, the pool and part of the sea which is only a few foot steps away. The living room is divided in different areas which offers a generous dining table, a small sitting area with upholstered furniture and a tiny corner with open fire place.
From the living room you reach the spacious and eat in kitchen with pizza oven, four gas rings and dishwasher. Always from the living room one reaches the two bedrooms both with double and air conditioning. Baby cot provided.
One bathroom with shower/WC and washing machine. The terrace at the first floor is reached through a staircase and represent the perfect place to enjoy the views over the garden and the sea.
At extra cost there is the possibility to offer a portable extra bed for an optional fifth person.

External accommodation: A beautiful veranda in front of the house overlooks the garden and is perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals. Inside the garden with lawns and olive trees there is the aboveground pool at personal use of its guests. There is also a sandy beach volley field for relaxed moments.
From the garden one reach the private access to the rocky beach where you can simply enjoy the scent and the touch of the sea, sitting immediately in front of it. We advice to bring rubber shoes as the rocky beach may be slippery.
Use of the pool is also possible outside the specified period upon request and subject to availability at an additional cost.
Shady parking inside the fully fenced property. Car recommended.

At a glance: Casa Fanusa is the perfect retreat for a total relaxing holiday. Syracuse and the baroque city of Noto are close enough for a day trip. Mount Etna is at about 90 minutes drive from the house.
