The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Saint-Jean-de-la-RiviĂšre offers this charming 47 mÂČ duplex apartment on the seafront, a stone's throw from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 26 mÂČ living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

- An 9 mÂČ sea-view balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-la-RiviĂšre, in a very pleasant environment not overlooked. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot. Public parking is also available 100m away.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Valognes station 35 minutes away.
