The holiday house "Auschmiede" in Hollersbach consists of two large holiday apartments. Apartment 1 is located on the raised ground floor and offers approximately 85 square metres. It features: two double bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a living room with a tiled stove and a modular couch (also suitable as a sofa bed for two people), a bathroom/WC, a front balcony, and a large sun terrace (about 30 square metres).

Apartment 1 is suitable for flexible occupancy (up to 6 people maximum). If the unit on the upper floor is also booked, guests have the entire house to themselves (see Apartment 2: listing 2521584 - then: up to 11 people maximum). This option is especially popular with families or larger groups of friends.

However, the apartment is also frequently booked for just two people. Typically, these are guests who value a spacious ambience.

Fully equipped kitchen: with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, grill, microwave, bean-to-cup coffee machine, filter coffee machine, raclette, fondue, kettle, toaster, crockery, and cooking utensils. Refrigerator with large freezer compartment.

Free Wi-Fi, cable TV (48'' flat screen), mini stereo system, DVD/Blu-ray player.

Terrace with a large breakfast table (for 6 people), sun island and parasol (summer only), smoking area, grill. In winter, special sun chairs are provided.

Initial supply of bed linen and towels is provided (included). Baby cot and high chair available on request (at no extra charge).

Additional Information:

The apartment includes a private garage (included - independent of other parking options on the property). Ski room and ski dryer are located in the basement.

Children can also use the garden for playing. Pets are allowed (no extra charge).

Location:

The Auschmiede is situated in the Reitlehen district, referring to the Tauern side of Hollersbach. The charm and impression of the location are particularly influenced by the southern mountain backdrop.

The Auschmiede is located directly at the foot of the mountain. The elevation behind the house is part of the Pihapper massif (a mountain in the Venediger group). Particularly romantic: The wildlife enclosure on the slope ends directly in front of the terraces.

The base station of the Kitzbüheler Alpen Panorama Lift is about a 3-minute drive away. The nearest ski bus stop is approximately 280m away.

Winter Holidays in Hollersbach:

In 2024, the Kitzbüheler Alpen ski area was again named the "best ski resort in the world" by skiresort.de. The Panorama Lift allows you to access this top resort in the Alps directly from Hollersbach (summit station: Resterhöhe).

Guests also love the Wildkogel Arena (gondola from Bramberg - about 8 minutes by car from the house). In addition to numerous gentle slopes, it also features the world's longest toboggan run (14 km sledding track). Cross-country skiers will find the Hochmoor trail at Pass Thurn particularly interesting (22 km long, relatively snow-sure due to its altitude).


Summer Holidays in Hollersbach:

As Hollersbach is where two mountain ranges meet (Kitzbüheler Alps and Hohe Tauern), the possibilities for hiking, biking, and mountaineering are exceptionally diverse (paragliders also only need to drive up the mountain behind the house to reach the starting point).

Close to Auschmiede, you will also find access to one of the most beautiful hiking valleys in the Hohe Tauern: the Hollersbachtal. It is renowned among mountain enthusiasts.

Due to its geographical location, Hollersbach is also an excellent base for excursions. On the one hand, you are always quickly in Kitzbühel or Zell. On the other hand, famous tour classics are also easily accessible (Grossglockner High Alpine Road, Krimml Waterfalls, Gerlos Pass, Weißsee Glacier World, Kitzsteinhorn, Felbertauern, etc.).

Important for families: there is also a natural swimming lake in the middle of the municipality.
