This is our second visit to this home. We’ve enjoyed our time both visits. This time we got to watch the creek flood next to the drive which was peaceful and relaxing. We even fished in it and caught some perch down there as well as in the tank. The pool is always a hit we swim early in the mornings as well as the evenings. The new range stole the show and we quite literally cooked everything possible in it and it worked perfect! It’s a nice home just to relax and rest.

Our Big Family throughly enjoyed our stay! Everything in one spot is what we were wanting, and what we got! We enjoyed fishing, sighting the turtles, going out on the peddle boat, admiring the cows, swimming/hot tubbing, cornhole tournament and ending each evening around the fire with the incredible view of the lit up starry sky and the house (plenty of room to be together and to be apart) Hosts were available when needed. Thank you for the wonderful stay! God bless

Thank you again to the Alexander's for another incredible family vacation. This house and all the amenities are over the top. We always have such a great time making them memories! If you're on the fence about booking this place just jump off and do it! You definitely won't regret it! From front porch sitting to fishing to swimming to cooking in that gourmet kitchen it's got it all!!!

What a beautiful and well appointed retreat in the Ouachita National Forest area! Whether you venture out to the National Forest and surrounding small towns or just stay on the property, there is so much to do. The house is well furnished with all of the amenities you could need, and then some. We were also impressed by the cleanliness of the house. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, one of a kind property. The home had everything we needed, was extremely clean,and beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. There is an abundance of picturesque nature and peace here.

The house is huge, plenty of room for a large family. Kitchen was amazing, with everything you could need. The house was beautiful and we had a wonderful time.

This was our second stay at this property. We love everything about it! So peaceful and comfortable. Everything you need for a great stay. The kids/young adults love the pool and spent a lot of time there. We also enjoyed a pontoon boat ride on Lake Ouachita, visited some of the day use recreational areas. The Dairyette in Mt. Ida is a must to visit! All in all a perfect place to stay and enjoy family.

The house was everything we wanted it to be. The only thing that would have been nice was a ramp, but the person who needed got up the stairs with some help. Everything else was excellent.

Better than Disneyland

Great week spent with the family. This place has everything you could ever need....better than Disneyland. Ms Bethany addressed one issue very quickly and we all went home with wonderful memories! By the way the new fishing dock is fantastic. Thanks Douglas and Jacki!

Excellent for large groups

We found this property to be super clean and very accommodating. Everything was well stocked so that made it nice only needing to bring our food. Communication with the owner/manager was top notch as well. I highly recommend this property for large groups. There is plenty of room and many things to do outdoors for everyone.

The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was awesome! It had everything you could ever need. We spent most of our time out at the pool. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Jacki and Douglas went above and beyond. They thought of everything that you may need to make our stay comfortable.

Great Family Vacation

Property manager and owners answered all of our questions and were very helpful. All the kids had a great time and had plenty of room to explore. Made a lot of great memories including most of the little ones catching their first fish. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub. I hope we'll get the chance to come back and stay again someday.
