This quaint Northside Cape is part of a shared home, with separate entrance and entire private space. This space is located close to Interstates 64, 95, Powhite, and Downtown Expressway. Scott's Addition is 1 mile away packed full of amazing restaurants, breweries, movie theater, and grocery stores. There is also another neighborhood area 7 blocks away with an amazing coffee shop, restaurants and wine shop. It's 2 miles from the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden as well. With 2 large bedrooms and a spacious loft space with a queen sized bed and sitting area this house is perfect for a quick getaway, friends gathering or family trip.

Spring Break Stay-cation

Great location in proximity to local attractions. The only unexpected occurrence was we were able to hear and smell everything the adjacent family did.

Great location and space to use. This is a shared home and you could hear the other family very easily through the walls in the bedroom and kitchen. Kinda cute to hear kids laughter. The master bedroom bed was very squeaky, but comfortable. Every movement gave very awkward noises. Hope the permanent tenants weren’t bothered. Plenty of street parking and easy drive to lots in Richmond.

The master bedroom mattress and pillows were squeaky and flat, couldn't get a great rest. . They wasn't enough wash clothes and toiletries for each bathroom. The furniture in living room was dirty. In the bathroom their needs to have better curtains so outside people can't see inside. Kitchen floor was very sticky.

The location was convenient. As mentioned in other reviews, the smells and sounds from the other family in the duplex travel into this side. The property was not clean to the level expected. There were splatters from cooking on the stove when we arrived, a used bandaid on a chair, chunky liquid soap in the bathrooms, stains on the couch, trash cans in the front yard, and one of the faucets didn’t work super well.

Quaint and Quirky

We stayed at the apartment for three weeks. It easily slept up to six people. Loft was large and bright, but the steps are steep. It is a duplex, so there is a little noise from the neighbors, but nothing to prevent us from staying again. Apartment was clean and well-appointed.
