The entire home is accessible to guests with the exception of two locked hospitality closets (one upstairs and one downstairs) which both contain our cleaning and restocking supplies.

Please note: There are no bedrooms or full bathrooms on the first floor. You will need to climb a set of stairs to access the bedrooms and full bathrooms on the second floor. The first floor features a pull-out sofa bed and a half bathroom for your convenience.

Ample driveway parking is available onsite. A car is recommended, but Uber and Lyft ride services are available in this area.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We do not allow pets. This is non-negotiable.

UNFORESEEN ACTS OF NATURE: We are unable to issue refunds for events outside of our control exacted by natural forces, such as power or utility outages.

We do not provide laundry supplies.
We are not pet friendly. Unauthorized pets on the property will result in a $100 fee.

No smoking indoors. $250 fee will be charged to guest after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.

We do not provide laundry supplies.
