Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom. Everything is within walking distance: the town (10 mins), Port de La Houle (15 mins), supermarket (8 mins), bakery (2 mins), sports centre (2 mins) or by bike: 4 beaches between 2 and 4 km. The accommodation has 3 teleworking spaces with free Wi-Fi.
LOCATION: Situated on the road to Pointe du Grouin, the house is ideally placed for visiting Cancale, Saint-Malo, Dinard, Mont-Saint-Michel and the rest of Brittany if you fancy. The market town of Cancale and its shops are 1 km away, and the port of La Houle with its oyster market and numerous restaurants is 1.4 km away. The beaches of Port Picain, Port Mer, Saussaye, Verger and Duguesclin are between 2 and 4 km away - you can get there by bike or even on foot if you wish. The sports complex (football pitch, tennis courts, multi-sports stadium, petanque courts) is 200 m from the house.
TELEWORKING AREAS : WIFI (served by fibre) is free and available throughout the house. 2 bedrooms have a desk with several sockets and 1 RJ45 network socket. If you don't want to isolate yourself, a round table next to the living room on the ground floor can also accommodate a computer (sockets + RJ45 less than 2 m away).
GROUND FLOOR: You will enjoy a lounge/dining room, an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with appliances (dishwasher, American fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave), small appliances (Nespresso, toaster, kettle, juicer, food processor) and utensils (including for shellfish and oysters). The kitchen communicates with a veranda where the dining area is located. The living room has a 75-inch TV, a TV box and a DVD player. There is also an entrance hall with a round table, a WC and a cloakroom.

HOUSEHOLD LINEN : To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we provide household linen at no extra cost: sheets, small and large towels, bath mats and tea towels)
MISCELLANEOUS : Baby chair and cot available on request prior to arrival. Numerous DVDs, children's books, board games, etc.

Very well appointed house in nice residential area. Furnished to a high standard and has 3 en-suite bathrooms which was really nice because there was no debate about who would have the master bedroom. It’s close to a big supermarket and there is a Boulanger/patissiere within walking distance. It’s ideal for a visit to Cancale and/or the surrounding area. We would certainly stay there again.
Nous étions 6 et totalement à l’aise car l’espace est très agréable. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain ce qui est un plus.Le logement est très bien équipé et bien situé.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
Tres bon séjour dans cette maison entièrement rénovée, propre, bien équipée, décorée et moderne. Très bon accueil de Mireille également que nous remercions. Assez proche de la route D201, qu'on peut entendre de la véranda.

Maison très propre et décorée avec goût. Rien ne manque. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (3 couples). Idéales, les 3 chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain, c'est très confortable. Un mode d'emploi détaillé de chaque appareil électroménager. Des documentations sur les activités aux alentours. L'endroit est idéal pour aller à pied au port ou au marché (les places de parking sont prisées). Je recommande vivement cette location.
Maison très bien aménagée et équipée. Ses chambres avec salle de bains constituent un atout supplémentaire. La literie est confortable et la fourniture des draps très appréciable.Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mireille.Logement au top!
