It is in a secure residence with an elevator and parking space, only 10 minutes walk from the city center and all amenities, offering peace and quiet.
This P2 apartment benefits from a pleasant proximity to the sea. It includes a semi-open kitchen area that connects to the living room. The bedding, a pull-out bed, is located in the living area, with direct access to the sunny terrace. Enjoy relaxing moments with a clear view, in a bright and peaceful space, located on the top floor of the residence.
The evenings are graced with magnificent sunsets, depending on the season.
The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
You will have access to a private parking space.
Pets not allowed.
A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.
Any additional requests will be charged as follows:
€25 TTC for a double bed (2 people)
€15 TTC for a single bed (1 person)
Basic products are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.

Grande terrasse, vue dégagée.
Bon matelas.
Ustensiles et divers appareils d'un "autre âge"
Appartement uniquement pour 2 personnes, car le canapé doit être un calvaire pour passer la nuit...!!!
Appartement réservé pour 3 nuits par un couple.

Agréable séjour au Grau du Roi
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et avons pu profiter de la grande terrasse de l’appartement !
Le logement est idéalement situé à deux pas de la plage avec accès à un petit centre commercial à 10 mn à pieds.
Nous avons été accueilli notamment avec une bouteille de rosé remis par l’agence qui gère le logement, sympa :)
