In a peaceful residential area, overlooking the Chambéry valley and enjoying a breathtaking unobstructed view, this duplex studio, located in the house adjoining the owners, offers a pleasant and calm living environment. 4 km from the nearest bakery/pastry shop and close to the shops of Chambéry, this accommodation combines comfort and all-inclusive services. Hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the trails accessible directly from the cottage, allowing you to discover the surrounding landscapes. On the foothills of the Chartreuse Regional Nature Park, 7 km from Chambéry, a privileged location for lovers of nature, sports and relaxation, summer and winter: cross-country skiing and downhill skiing at the Désert d'Entremont 20 km away, downhill skiing in the family resort of Granier 13 km away. Très agréable endroit.La location est super propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut.Un hôte très accueillant, plein de bonnes idées de rando ou de lieu à visiter.Nous avons souvent été au lac d'Aiguebelette pour y faire du paddle et du canoë ( attention, une autorisation de navigation est demandée)Merci encore Alain pour les tomates et les courgettes du jardin.C'etait de très bonnes vacances.Allez y les yeux fermés.
