Salty Air Beach House

Salty Air Beach House is a sparkling clean home within a quick walk to the no-drive Beach, River, Shopping, and Restaurants and Bars! We LOVE the location and being able to walk to everything!!! PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY. ! NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUSIDE THE HOME. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Dogs considered on case by case basis so please inquire before booking. If approved, there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee. Sorry, NO CATS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Enjoy quiet time on the front porch admiring the succulent garden or cozy up on the back screened patio by the fireplace and listen to the relaxing fountain.

Fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect stay! Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Nice size desk in case you must bring work with you! Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including an air fryer, mixer, coffer maker, blender, etc.

Gas grill, outdoor shower, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, and 2 brand new beach cruiser bicycles!

High speed internet, Smart TVs with ROKUs and cable.

Relax on the hammock in the backyard after you fire up the gas grill to cook dinner!

Full size washer and dryer in garage. Fully fenced yard.

There's so much to see and do in this area! Not only is Ormond Beach fantastic, but Salty Air Beach House is a great "home base" for day trips to Flagler Beach, Orlando and Disney, St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach, Silver Springs, Ocala, and so much more! There are so many State Parks and activities to explore close by!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time on our stay here! My wife and I stayed for one months in this house and it was so convenient. From the location, to the amenities, to the fenced in yard for our dog! They even sent us a care package for our for baby just because. My wife and I loved the outdoor space especially the outdoor shower they made outback. Plenty of space for friends to come visit during the day and we didn’t have to pack umbrellas or beach chairs because they already had them. 10 out of 10 would recommend for any amount of time.

Best location near the beach

We spent 7 weeks at Salty Air. We loved that it was so close to the beach and the grocery store. Having the property fenced in was awesome for our dog, we could just open the door and let her out, no need to tie her. We loved the screen door. We were able to open the door most afternoons and let fresh air in . Lori was very prompt to deal with and very helpful with any questions or concerns. We will certainly stay at Salty Air again. the door and let fresh air in most afternoons.

We always wanted a beach house! We're happy to be able to share this home with travelers when we're not hanging by the beach and enjoying it ourselves! We LOVE the close proximity to EVERYTHING! The beach is uncrowded, peaceful and so relaxing!
Walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. A short drive to downtown or the outlets and all the day attractions close by make for exciting day trips! Explore St Augustine, Flagler Beach, Daytona Beach, Orlando, Silver Springs, Ocala, and so much more!

What makes this property unique

The private screened patio with a fireplace and water fountain is a favorite place to unwind after a long day at the beach!
