Dog Friendly: This property allows up to one small dog (under 30 pounds), provided it is housebroken. The HOA enforces strict guidelines regarding the number and size of pets. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies. All guests with pets are required to complete the necessary HOA paperwork, acknowledge the pet rules before arrival, provide proof of vaccination and send a photo of the dog. Please note, the HOA has restrictions on certain dog breeds, and unfortunately, breeds such as Pit Bulls (including American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or mixes), Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers are not permitted. These restrictions are set by the HOA, not by us. Thank you for your understanding!

-Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are located at the entry way of the building, in the elevators, garage and sounding outside areas of the building and are property of the HOA.
