This property has a maximum total occupancy of 6 (including all children). The palm covered South pool deck includes a splash pad, fountain & kiddie pool for the young ones, large pool & hot tub for the adults. All this in a gated community tucked away from the traffic yet, still in the heart of beautiful Miramar Beach across the street from Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Walking distance to grocery, dining & shopping, yet when relaxing at Mainsail you will feel miles away from it all.

Lucy’s Getaway features 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths, granite & stainless kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal or just whip up a pitcher of margaritas, full size washer and dryer, large living room with 2 new leather couches (one has queen sleeper inside), 65” flat screen smart tv with cable & Bluetooth sound bar, wet bar, electric fireplace. New sliding glass doors lead from the living room to the balcony with partial Gulf views. Dining room has new dining table for 6, additionally there are 4 bar stools at kitchen bar. The primary bedroom has a new king bed, new mattress & furniture, 55” flat screen smart tv with Bluetooth sound bar and opens to the balcony. The primary has a large mirrored closet, spacious bath with separate toilet room, heated towel rack, tiled travertine shower with dual shower heads. The 2nd bedroom recently upgraded to all new furniture & features a twin bed and a full bed, dresser & large flat screen smart tv. Right outside bedroom 2 is a full bath with tub/bath combo. Several charging stations are located throughout the unit to keep you charged & high speed internet is available on the entire property to keep you connected. The entire unit is tiled in polished Mexican tile so you can relax with no worries about the sand. All the beds have crisp white comforters and linens that are professionally cleaned before each guest arrival.
Lucy’s Getaway is located on the 2nd floor with access to the beach, pool & parking only steps away. Why wait for traffic to let you cross to the beach when you can stay in a beachfront community? Many beach toys & 2 sand chairs are available in the unit for your use. The reservation includes 2 beach chairs and one umbrella that will be set up by the beach attendant. You may park up to 2 automobiles on the property. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed for a two bedroom unit. There are no exceptions!
