Enjoy HUGE condo! Home away from home. Two separate balconies offers more room and lots of leisure area. This unit has GREAT accessibility. Elevator within 20 steps as well as steps if you don't like to wait in. Gated private resort located directly on beach. Wonderful views of the Gulf with direct access to the beach (no crossing streets), 2 bedrooms / 2 baths - 1340 sq. ft. , 2 TVs (with cable/HBO), 2 VCRs, CD, DVD Surround Sound Stereo, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Washer & Dryer, 2-Pools (one heated), Outdoor Hot Tub, and Children's Wading Pool and waterfall play area, Fitness Center, BBQ Grills provided, 24 hour security and secured access, Covered Parking Garage.

Rental rates include up to 6 guests and 1 vehicle parking pass. Each additional guest is $25 per person (up to 8) and each additional vehicle parking pass is $50. This is collected prior to check in at the gate to avoid any disruption in the check in process.

Beach Trip 2025

The condo was fabulous. Super clean and spacious. The beach was great. White sand and great weather. The pool was awesome. Will definitely stay at the condo again.

Great, freshly remodeled condo! It’s on the backside of the building from the beach but it’s an easy walk to the beach. Also comes with everything you need for the beach in a storage area on the ground level. Parking is under the tennis courts close to the room. Overall good spot!

Relaxing. The water was Chrystal clear on Sunday and Monday, but went downhill after. Then we were able to enjoy the pool.

Nice time

Property was nice, couches not comfortable and could have used a few seats or recliners in living room. Dining area was great as was kitchen. Expected to play tennis but courts were being renovated.

Great place!!

This place was perfect. Our range of age was 20-74 and it was everything we needed. Walkable to the beach for all ages. Condo was very roomy and comfy. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Family get away

We travel to destin all the time but have never stayed in miramar beach before. The unit was clean and big and perfect for us and our teenage girls!! It was such a nice, peaceful spot!

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner answered any questions we had very promptly. The beach was very close. The property including the pools and hot tub was kept very clean. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We would definitely stay here again 😊

Adults and children all had a blast and loved the spacious stay!! Very close an led easy walk to the beach! The pool was definitely a hit for the kiddos! We will be coming back!

Spacious condo

The master bedroom was extra large. The whole condo has been updated, and two balconies were cool. We had no issues with check in or check out.

Beautiful remodeled large space-easy access to loads of stuff.

We had such a great vacation in this spacious condo! Everything was well stocked, beach things, toiletries, kitchen had every utensil, pot/pan we could need. The beach was short walk and the pools offered heated and non heated. We had no issues getting a chair or space at the beach. The outlet mall is right across the street and we walked to Oyster House which was great for an afternoon beverage or meal. The grounds at the condo complex are impressive, very clean, they were always working on cleaning, blowing, wiping stuff to ensure cleanliness. We will be back! The host Kathy was quick to communicate and so kind!!

Absolutely worth it!

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was newly renovated and well done. So much room!!! The beds slept good and were high quality! A must for us. Great selection on tv for rainy day and distance to beach was so easy and quick. The pool was a great addition to beach. Very short distance to great food. We have stayed on other end of destin and it was not this good. If I needed anything, owner was quick to respond and so polite! I will stay here again.

Nice Stay

This was our second stay at MainSail Resort. Its a great property and easy access to the beach. The only complaint we had is room wasnt cleaned very well or ready on time. Also the parking is a mess as alot is under construction and we were reprenended for parking on the side area where we were forced to park for lack of enough parking places. Although it was a issue, we would return ti Mainsail and the condo was beautiful!

Vacation

This property was just a short walk to the beach. We loved not having to drive to the beach. The condo was spacious for only 2 bedrooms. There were a few small cleaning issues when we arrived but the owner took care if it promptly. The internet never worked but we really didn’t need to use it so that didn’t disrupt our stay. The only real complaint we had was the pool, it was not clean. Seemed like the filter wasn’t working or something like that. Overall it was a great stay.

Beautiful Condo

We have rented at Mainsail since 2001 from a family who recently sold it a few years back. We have missed staying at Mainsail and after looking at several different condos on VRBO, we decided to go with Kathy’s. Her condo smelled clean as soon as you walked in through the door. The floors did feel a little gritty and turned our feet black seconds after walking barefoot, but it didn’t bother us, because we know it’s hard to keep floors completely spotless in a condo that sits directly on the beach. It’s located on the 2nd floor which is nice and has two balconies. Both rooms have king size beds and slept comfortably. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the things you would need. Everything Kathy mentioned in the description is accurate. We rented a pontoon boat from Gilligan’s to visit Crab Island for the day and I dropped my ray bans in the water. The condo is luckily across the street from a shopping center where I was able to purchase a new pair. Winn-dixie, Alvin’s island, and chick-fil-a are all beside the condo as well. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and will be back to stay here again!

Could’ve been cleaner

Condo in great location. We love staying at Mainsail. This condo was nice and pretty much as described. However, the queen sofa bed wasn’t able to be pulled out to be slept on due to the frame and mattress. Our daughter’s boyfriend had to sleep on the couch all week. Also, when we opened the washer to wash clothes there were dirty towels left from a previous guest. And the dishwasher was full of dishes which we discovered on the last day when we went to clean the few pieces of silverware we had used. The Wi-Fi was spotty. Kathy was very responsive when we asked about this issue. It could’ve been the recent storms, however we gave up trying to make it work and used our cellular service. Additionally, the floor would turn your feet black if you walked with bare feet. This issue was from the time we got there so it wasn’t from us carrying sand in or anything. I don’t think the cleaning service is doing their job fully. The two balconies are very nice and there’s a good view of the ocean. More seating on the balcony would be helpful. The extra chairs in the storage area were an added bonus and very appreciated. Overall, this is a nice condo and nicely remodeled. Just a few cleaning issues and may not be able to count on the queen pull out bed.

No Vehicle Included Otherwise Nice

Overall the space was very nice and the response time with the owner was very fast! Unfortunately, there were a few areas that could be better. The initial description when I booked stated that "Rental rates include up to 6 guests and 1 vehicle". When we arrived, there was no vehicle, despite clarifying beforehand and was told "One car is included in the price" ! Oddly enough, since this, the description has been changed and now reads, ""Rental rates include up to 6 guests and 1 vehicle PARKING PASS". This would not have been a huge deal but we had a 7 month old baby with us that uses a car seat so Uber would not have been ideal. This left my husband scrambling at 4 pm to find a vehicle as most rental places closed at 5 pm. When he finally found one for $375, he then had to catch an Uber to Enterprise for another $20 the next morning, losing more vacation time. The times for checking in/out were conflicting in the emails and the door code that I received was not correct, so I again had to reach out to the owner who luckily responded quickly. Lastly, the internet connection was not the best. If you need it for work purposes, etc I would not recommend. Be aware there is also new places being built directly across the street so there is some noise during the day. Short walk to the beach, limited Gulf view from the balcony, loved the grill access, and kids pool, beds were comfy and loved being able to take home clean clothes since there was a washer and dryer!

Water, Water, Everywhere!

Easy to locate. Like that it was gated. Beach lovely. No beach set up included in rental. Beach setup now $42 a day! Outrageous pricing! We had an entire day without water as a leak to repair from 9-2 turned into a water main being hit. Not a great day without water. Wouldn’t rent here again I don’t think.
